Kineon seems an A+ company. But what's even more important is their product, the Move Plus wrap around Red Light Therapy. I am 77 years old and my knee osteoarthritis was getting so bad that I was walking less, and often in pain, and looking at a diminishing future. Luckily, I was being inudated with ads offering solutions to my predicament. One of those ads, was the Move Plus.

I noticed an improvement upon daily use almost immediately. The first thing I noticed was my knee joint loosening up and the pain going to zero. Within 2 weeks, I had already increased both the speed and the length I could walk, and pain was zero, after being about a 4/10 on stairs before. I just don't have any pain anymore and now I can start building up the distance and speed which I can walk. A friend commented that I walk better than I did before.

To say I was astonished at this result is an understatement. I went from gloomy thoughts about my mobility to a new lease on life.

Who knew this would really work?! I figured there was nothing to lose since Kineon will offer a refund in 30 days. Didn't need it. I'm keeping mine. Totally worth the money.

Note: I also take various knee supplements to help the joint, but nothing helped much until I started the RLT.

Also, the stimulation of the mitochondria really does give you extra energy!

Good customer service. Had a broken clip on the strap for my Move+ and they worked with me to send out a new strap.

When I had an issue with an early model of Kineon, customer service was diligently on top of the problem. Their communication was excellent and though my old model was deemed irreplaceable I was offered a newer refurbished model which I purchased and am now happily using on a very sore knee. Thank you Kineon!

I had an issue with an extender strap that was supposed to be included with my Refurbished Kineon MOVE+ but was missing from the package.

Noel handled it extremely well. He promptly arranged a replacement, checked with the warehouse when there was a stock delay, and kept me informed throughout.

What impressed me most was that he followed up proactively rather than waiting for me to chase for an update.

The strap is now on its way. Noel was courteous, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout. Excellent customer service—thank you, Noel!

The Kineon Move + Pro is a most extraordinary device! After years of knee shots, acupuncture, knee, hand, and back braces that only slightly helped my joint pain, I found the Move + Pro, which eases and stops my pain, wherever I use it. It is portable and fits in my pocketbook and so is easy to travel with. The red light near-infrared lasers do what no other therapy can. After 37 years of carrying my classroom on my back, up and down staircases and carrying a carton of braces in my trunk to help with pain, I have finally found the gold star of pain relief - the Move + Pro. I will never be without it! I have told my teacher friends about this, as well as the Nephrologist on my Transplant team. Pain relief without pills - YAY!!!

Kenian provided excellent customer service. When the buckle on the strap for my device broke, they were very kind, responsive, and immediately offered to send me a replacement strap. The process was easy and hassle-free, and I really appreciated how quickly they took care of the issue. Great customer service and a very positive experience overall!

They may have a great product but they quote shipping times that they just have no intention of meeting. The website says that things will be shipped to 5 days takes over 2 to 3 weeks. This wasn't a fluke but standard shipping time so I feel that they are completely dishonest.

I lost a strap and the clips, and the Kineon team responded incredibly quickly—even on a Sunday. They helped me identify exactly which replacement parts I needed and shipped them in less than 48 hours. Everyone was pleasant, responsive, and helpful.

I’m still figuring out the routine that works best for me, but I’m already experiencing less pain and stiffness. I use the Move+ on my knees and hips, and yesterday I even used it on my neck after a long day at the computer.

They went above and beyond even though they didn’t have to, and I would have absolutely paid to have a part replaced they sent it to me for free.

Since 2023, I’ve been using the Move+ almost daily. It’s been instrumental in maintaining optimal joint and muscle function during my tennis and strength training sessions. The Move+ has also been a lifesaver in speeding up recovery from hyperextended knees, rolled ankles, and strained calf muscles. In the mornings, it’s crucial for me to get fresh blood flow into my joints, which allows me to function pain-free throughout my demanding workday as a lineman. That’s where the Move+ comes in. It has become as essential to my daily recovery as a good night’s sleep. I’m planning to invest in a third unit soon because I gifted my first to my nephew, who sustained a back injury while playing professional soccer. The Move+ has proven to be an extraordinary tool that I can’t imagine living without.

I’ve had a very positive experience with Kineon and the MOVE+. I’ve been using the device regularly and have been pleased with it overall. I recently contacted customer service because I needed a replacement strap, and they responded quickly and were very helpful in getting the issue resolved.
Even though I was out of warranty and have used the Kineon for two years without issue, they offered to provide the replacement strap at no charge (just cover shipping and share my great experience).

Overall, I’ve been happy with both the MOVE+ and the customer service behind it.

Been using for 2+ years for my son’s baseball recovery for knees and elbows, alongside sore muscles. Like the fact that you can change the strap size to fit your needs or place lights accordingly without strap.
