I really like the nappies but cheaper elsewhere
I really like the nappies, but be careful when subscribing as you’ll be paying more than what you’d pay in the supermarket. I was quite annoyed when I realised these were cheaper on Ocado!

Soft, gentle and reliable
We’ve been using Kit & Kin nappies for a couple of years now and have been really happy with them. We’re currently on size 7 and have had a subscription for a long time, which has made ordering so convenient.
The nappies are soft, comfortable and feel great against our baby’s skin. We also really like knowing that they’re made with organic materials and are a more conscious choice for our little one.
Overall, we’ve had a really positive experience with Kit & Kin and would definitely recommend their nappies to other parents.

Really disappointed
Really disappointed. I love Kit and Kin cleaning products as a non-toxic alternative and have used them regularly for some time, re-ordering when I need to top-up. However, you have recently changed your delivery to exclude MAINLAND Highlands from standard delivery and now charge an absolute fortune for delivery. Sadly, I will not be buying these products anymore.

It is especially disappointing to hear this from someone who has supported Kit & Kin for some time and regularly enjoyed our cleaning products. We completely understand your frustration and want you to know that we hear your concerns.
Due to increasing delivery costs, we recently had to review our delivery charges, including those for some areas of the UK. As we use a third-party courier service, we are subject to the delivery costs charged to us. As a business, we always try to absorb as much of these costs as possible ourselves, but unfortunately there are times when this is simply no longer sustainable and we have to pass on part of the cost.
This was not a decision we made lightly, and we're genuinely saddened that it may mean losing valued customers such as yourself. We know that any increase in delivery costs can make a real difference when deciding where to shop, and we completely understand why you feel disappointed.
Thank you again for your support and for choosing our products over the years. We truly appreciate it and are very sorry that this change has left you feeling unable to continue shopping with us.

Small sizing, no refund on returned items.
Edited from 1 star to 3 due to getting my refund as soon as they had read my review Ordered size 3 due to the sizing being right for my baby and they fit into Size 3 pampers perfect. The size 3 kit and kin were FAR too small. Returned 3 packets for a refund but haven't received it. It has been a couple of weeks since I posted them back.
