Love the product
Love the product. Been 28 years between change of washing machine. Only issues have been communication and confirmed delivery time and date. Happy to have replacement washer but unsure if I will go with this supplier for replacement timber dryer in 2024.

Great service, quick to respond to queries and fast delivery. Provided a replacement plate for a faulty one really quickly and without any hassle. Would recommend and would certainly use again without hesitation.

Kitchway have amazing customer service and always go above and beyond to help. They are our go to supplier for all our equipment as they beat the competition hands down on customer service and price. Even if they don’t have what we want they will try and source it or find a better alternative. Definitely deserve 6 stars

I apologise for the inconvenience you've experienced with your order, this is not the experience we wish for you to have received.
I can see that the first part of your order was delivered on time, it's the second item which is a made-to-order item with a longer lead time that was delayed.
I can see from the tracking that it was collected on the 25th, but was further delayed by the courier, Unfortunately, we do rely on a third-party courier to deliver our goods, who seem to have let us down on this occasion.
I do apologise for not getting the tracking details over. I sent you an email earlier today, and I'm here to assist in any way I can.
