Kitty recently submitted an offer on behalf of a client on a home my Agency had listed for sale. Our Vendor needed to secure another property in order to accept the offer and this required careful navigation and patience which both Kitty and her client kindly offered. This resulted in a great outcome for all involved. This is my second dealing with Kitty and I'd highly recommend her service to any potential Purchaser.

Kitty really tuned into what we were looking for location wise and property wise. She helped us to make a swift decision and secure our dream property within budget.

Kitty was a pleasure to work with. She was very transparent and upfront. At the end of the day we came to an agreement which both vendors & purchasers where happy with.

From first enquiry to exchange of contracts, Kitty was "in our corner" fighting for us to achieve the best possible outcome. It's rare these days to find someone who is both outstanding at their job and has stellar customer service. Kitty helped us to understand exactly what we needed, never pressured us or tried to upsell us, checked in with us constantly about how we were feeling and what we needed, and took the time to talk us through each step even though things needed to move quickly to close the deal. Kitty said we could have a home in 4-6 weeks. It ended up being just 10 days. We secured the property at what was likely below market value, and saved at LEAST the cost of Kitty's extremely reasonable fees let alone the time it takes to project manage the process. I hope that we have the chance to hire Kitty again when we are looking for our next home.

Although we made the decision to buy a house last year, we delayed the process for several months due to health issues, fearing that we would not be physically and mentally able to cope with all the stress involved in buying a house; if we knew back then that Kitty and her team would make the process so easy and straightforward we would have jumped at it sooner!
