The shoes are good

The shoes are good, in my experience. Very comfortable. However, if you need to return a pair the process is like pulling teeth. So far it's been a week and I still haven't received my return slip. So, if you order them, pray they fit right or you'll be stuck in negotiations rivaling a Middle East peace deal.

I really wanted to love Kizik because…

I really wanted to love Kizik because the hands-free concept is fantastic, but the kids’ shoes were a disappointment. Even with the correct size, they were extremely tight around my child’s foot. The length was right, but the fit was so narrow and restrictive that they were uncomfortable to wear.

What was even more frustrating was the customer service experience. I reached out to provide feedback and received multiple responses that felt automated and repetitive. Although my concerns were acknowledged, I never felt like I was actually communicating with a person who understood the issue or could offer a meaningful solution.

Parents should know that these shoes may run much narrower than other brands, even for children who do not typically need wide-width shoes. I hope Kizik reevaluates the design of their children’s line because the idea behind the shoes is excellent, but the execution missed the mark for our family.

Totally unacceptable and irresponsible.

No updates were received.
After 8 days I wrote, cancelling my order....received an irrelevant 'automated' answer - so wrote again.
Another automated answer advising me that they noticed I'd not been receiving updates ...duh, and that my order was now on the way - with expected delivery 3 weeks after taking my money.
Totally unacceptable.
I again instructed my order to be canceled.
Have zero expectation of any satisfactory response

I have bought two pairs of the Irvine…

I have bought two pairs of the Irvine blue tennis shoe. The first pair I sprayed with weather protector and within 2 weeks the fabric faded. I thought it was due to the spray. I thought I would try again because they are comfortable and after a few months they look like old shoes even though I didn't wear them daily. The fabric color fades and for $100. I think the quality is not good. I won't buy from them again.

Consider yourself lucky if you get your product

Kizik generated a shipping label for my product but it was never picked up by the carrier. They refuse to address the situation and told me to call the carrier, which I did. The carrier, of course, said they never received the product.

Kizik responds to e-mail with automated, generic responses but you don't get any specific information. Also they want 24-48 to respond to an e-mail.

BTW, their 'customer service' is only open for 8 hours on weekdays.

I also called them and they said the product had been 'shipped' and would not consider a refund for 10 business days.

My latest Kizik customer service…

My latest Kizik customer service experience was absolutely unacceptable. I realized after reading two response emails from Kizik’s representative “Kip” that both were artificial intelligence (AI) generated and a waste of time. As a long time repeat Kizik customer, I won’t be purchasing from Kizik again. I found a pair of Skechers boots on sale, in stock, and much lower cost. Kizik is another good company that chose to eliminate customer service and they now intentionally alienate loyal customers. Ridiculous…

These sit in a corner -- since I foolishly purchased them! For starters one shoe makes an anoying popping noise every time I step down. These shoes are the most uncomfortable I've bought in decades. They are stiff and nonfoot conforming. I complained about the popping and was set upon with dancing through this company's hoops until I realized I would no longer attempt to take a video of shoes that "popped". They don't want their shoes back -- they will never get this cistomer nor his relatives back!

Their customer service ranks among the…

Their customer service ranks among the worst I've ever dealt with. I purchased one pair from them and I was happy with them. No problems...but I didn't have to deal with their customer service.

Fast forward to the second pair. I ordered on April 20th - the shoes were their new running shoes. Now, typically, with Kizik's you can only 'test drive' them around your house. You can wear them and not get them dirty if you want to return them. Try them out around your house, you know? But the new running shoe, they said they wanted feedback and customers could wear them out for 30 days run in them, workout in them, do whatever in them for 30 days and still return them.

I thought, great! I need new running shoes, so I ordered on April 20th. Today is May 8th, and the shoes are still not here. I received a note on May 4th and May 5th saying the shoes were out for delivery, but no shoes.

I contacted Kizik, and they basically said, Tough. Wait longer. They said I had to wait x amount of 'business days' - but I said since you used USPS, Saturdays are included in business days...

And then I clarified, since these are so late, I want to make sure, the 30 days does start when I get them, right, now when I placed the order?

Oh, no, she says, the 30 days started on the day I ordered them, regardless of when they arrive.

So the shoes are not here, the 30 day countdown has begun...

I plan to just ship them back the day they get here. I will never order from them again.

Never order from these people.

DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY. Again ordered in UK (size 6) and paid in pounds sterling. American size 6 came which is size 4 UK!.
Process to return very difficult and £15 will be deducted from refund. Disgusting.

Kizik shoes worn out in a month

My Kizik Roamer shoes wore through all around the ankles in less than a month. All I was offered was a $19 credit on a future pair of shoes rather than a refund or replacement pair. This is my second pair of these that it happened with, I won’t be ordering again.

I own several pairs and have had a reoccurring problem with the durability of the method used to construct or glue the bottom sole panels to the shoe - they keep peeling loose. I tried contacting Kizik customer service for any suggestions or repair methods - their response was basically try wearing them less or alternate wearing the different pairs of my shoes. I could not believe their response - consumers need to be aware that Kizik Customer Service doesn’t really exist.

Kizik Is My Go To Shoe!

My experience with Kizik has been nothing short of flawless. I normally wear a size 11, so that’s what I ordered for my first pair. When they arrived, they were just a bit too small. I went through the return process, which was incredibly easy, and exchanged them for an 11½ that fit perfectly.

That was my first pair—now I think I own at least 15 pairs of Kiziks in various styles and colors! The shoes are high quality and, for me, the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever owned (and I’ve owned a lot of shoes).

I’ve only had to contact customer service twice, but both times they were excellent—quick, friendly, and very helpful. While other brands have tried to copy the hands-free concept (Skechers comes to mind), none of them have mastered it the way Kizik has.

Will never use again

Clicked a co.uk link but found out later that it went to a US company. Shoes were flown to the UK from the US via Germany. Crazy. Returns ridiculously complicated as they have different websites for US, 'international', and UK, which I didn't come across until advised it existed separately. Managed to contact UK customer service (probably to be abolished shortly?), helpful but confusing. Then US customer service took over, helpful but no way to avoid a £15 fee for the return. + Enormous waste of time getting through all these stages. Will never use again.

Reviews are misleading in how comfortable they are..

Bought 2 pairs, one for my husband and one for myself. He likes them okay so far but I am sending mine back because I don't care for the way that they look and they aren't as comfortable as reviews let on. They are great for putting them on and taking them off, it's super easy, but they aren't worth the cost just for the hands free option. I hope that I get my money back. They aren't horrible shoes but they just cost too much.

Kizik used to be great

Kizik is one of those companies that produced a great product at one time, then despite its popularity, they decide to change it up just for kicks. I bought their original Vegas leather sneaker and loved it, then they changed it up to look orthopedic and clunky. I have a small foot size so even the original Vegas looks a little less sleek that I could wish, but it was such a great shoe I thought my shoe search problems were over and I found a company for life. Companies need to listen to their customers. If they want to create a different style, fine, but don't take away the one that customers raved about. I don't recommend Kizik for this reason.

Delivery service is TERRIBLE!

Like the shoes a lot but customer service is absolutely the worst I’ve ever seen. They give lip service for delivery issues and if delivery is hosed up there is no recourse to fix. I thought Amazon would be the way to buy but they have to ship to Amazon first to be delivered to me. I have cancelled 2 pair already and the pair I ordered in late January is about to get cancelled by me. They ship via some 3rd rate company and if you call them, you better be able to speak/understand some Asian dialect. Think hard about ordering Kizik shoes if you want them in 2026!

OK product

OK product, stingy customer service. I found the shoes not as easy to put on hands-free as advertised, but they fit, are comfortable, and have lasted long for me. They definitely don't reward loyal customers or allow any opportunities for deals on their products, though.

Terrible Terrible Terrible

Communication is terrible for starters.
Went to website and selected in UK and paid in Pounds Sterling. Makes no sense that the shoe sizes are then US or that delivery is from US. Wanted size 7 (uk) trainers and got size 5. And now they want £15 (F'ing UK money again!) to return trainers to America. Ridiculous and furious.

Lost a happy customer

I quite happily wear two pairs of their shoes I bought a couple of years ago. I just went back to see their current offerings and they have a 15% offer if you give them your phone number. I don't want texts. However, the screen is on endless loop. Every time you look at a pair of shoes it pops up again and you can't close it and you can't get back. To heck with them!!

I ordered on Nov 28th didn’t receive yet

I ordered on Nov 28th 3 pair of shoes paid for DHL Express delivery.
After a week I started to send emails asking for my order status, only on Dec 15th I received an email that one of the pairs is out of stock and the other 2 will be immediately delivered, today is December 24th and the order yet to move + they again don’t reply my emails. Terrible experience, I will never ever buy from them again…
