Very poor quality

Very poor quality. Sneakers are only six months old and get occasional wear. Parts of the bottom have started to peel off, making it unwearable.

Kizik customer support claims this is "normal wear and tear." Since I've never owned a sneaker with this problem, it seems it's only normal for this brand.

Sketchers makes a much more durable product for half the cost. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Do NOT buy Kiziks

Placed a big order on Dec 2 and has not even been shipped 16 days later. Customer service tells me it takes up to five days to ship. See the math? AWFUL company and will probably end up doing a chargeback with my bank instead of dealing with horrid customer service and misleading responses. Buy elsewhere, not worth the headache as you probably won’t even get your items.

Kizik is the worst company to deal with. Stay away.

I have previously bought these shoes from Nordstrom and had a great experience because I never actually had to deal with the company. Nordstrom no longer sells them (prob because the company is awful). I bought two pair on Nov 27. Got zero communication until Dec 5 when I suddenly got an email congratulating me they were delivered (they weren't). The email literally said "they were delivered at your front door....don't see them yet? They're probably around the corner and arriving soon" Were they delivered or not? Tracking said they were delivered Dec 5 at midnight. I insisted on valid tracking and got another saying OnTrac delivered 7:10pm Dec 4. Both companies have ignored all requests for proof of delivery, and I have cameras at my house showing no delivery was attempted. On Dec 8th customer service finally said it was delivered but "since I claimed it wasn't" they'll send replacement as a "good faith courtesy" They put it in as a new order with $0 cost even though I had already paid $121.28. I asked for tracking and they told me they will send an email with tracking when it ships (which they never did the first time). After a few attempts to get tracking through their useless customer service with no response, I get an email on Dec. 12 saying part of my order was canceled because it wasn't actually available (to date it is still available on the website in the size I ordered). I responded that I was owed a refund from the original order and asked if my other pair had been shipped and was ignored. Today, Dec. 16 I went onto the online chat again to see if there was tracking for my other pair yet. Nobody responded, as usual, but within three minutes I got an email saying my whole order had been canceled with zero reason given. They refunded me $0 total. So now they have confirmed they have no intention of even still pretending to truly ship these shoes, and I had to file a dispute with my credit card to get back the $120+ I paid them. Literally the worst company ever. The shoes are just ok. Even if Nordstrom still sold them I would no longer buy them just to not support this awful dishonest company. So many other brands have similar technology. Try them instead.

Shoes are fine

Shoes are fine. My dad loves them. He had PD. Got him 2 pairs for Christmas because he loves them so much. Never received shipment notification. Finally asked where my order was. 2 days later received a response saying they were delivered. Didn't say when, didnt provide me with delivery info, nothing. They attached a photo of the delivery and it was of half a garage door. Was a package left inside a huge complex in front of a garage door? Not even near my front door??? After a week, I finally was able to speak with a nice human. He agreed that the Delivery company, GoJitzu, has had several complaints. Why would they continue to use that service???? They just lost 170ish dollars. Makes no sense.

IDK if my package was stolen by a random person or if the driver decided to keep it. Who knows. I have been promised a refund. We will see. I still didn't receive tracking info! I can't order from here again. Sadly.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. They report that the shoes have been out for delivery for 4 days. Impossible to talk to an actual person. Chat process is only automated AI type chatbit and offers no help. Reported transaction as fraud to my credit card company. Due to the volume of complaints they have received , they reversed the transaction immediately. Stay away from not worth the effort

Horrible Customer Service

Horrible customer service. They sent the wrong shoe (style, size, gender). The online system wouldn't process my return and it was nearly impossible to get a customer service agent (no return on my voice mail & waited on hold for 20 minutes to speak to someone). They required that I return their shoe to USPS - it's the holidays and the lines are super long. Bad experience all round. Great shoe but not worth the effort to actually get the correct shoe from them. Worse - try to get your money back when THEY make the mistake...a huge challenge.

Customers Beware: Kizik's Material Quality Fails Quickly

I bought two pairs of Kizik shoes, and both had the exact same material failure. The collar lining ripped after 10-15 light wears, which is absolutely not normal wear and tear.
Kizik refused replacement due to "policy limits," even though this is a clear manufacturing or material defect. Dozens of other customers have reported similar issues.
Posting photos so others can make an informed decision.

I LOVED the first pair of KIZIK shoes I purchased in 2021. I wore them daily until I purchased two new pairs in February 2025. Sadly the soles of the new shoes are separating, and these are not my daily wear shoes. I can no longer recommend this company.

Great hands-free shoes; may need to try different styles

I have ordered probably 6 pairs of Kiziks so far. One pair works best for my feet so I ordered two pairs of those. Some of the other styles I found uncomfortable (the rigid heel seemed to rub against my heel bone) but thankfully returns were pretty easy. I will buy more! My teenage son tries to steal them so he may end up with a pair or two of his own at some point. ;)

I have over 20 pairs of Kizik shoes. Yep, you read that right! And they are AMAZING! I could never go back to ordinary shoes again. Hands-free is the BEST! Not sure why there are so many negative reviews but then again people probably only care to seek out and leave a review if they had a bad experience. I promise you it is not a scam. They also sell them in a lot of stores now so if you’d prefer, try them on for yourself before buying! Also to add all 3 of my sons have kiziks and the shoes hold up well for them too at their crazy running around age.

i bought one pair of madrid in gray and love them. so i bought another pair in black and they are not good, i slide around or something, they feel like you are going to fall or stumble. not sure what causes that. i looked to see if there was a warranty and there is but only for shoes you have never worn so how does that help?

Kizik Lima: Bad support, feet pain

I bought the graphite Lima shoes from Kizik. I am a first time customer of this company. The shoes looked decent. However, when I wore them to work, I had excruciating feet pain by the end of the day. I have no health issues and have never had any kind of foot pain before with any shoes. I would never buy anything from this store again and would not recommend this particular item for everyone. It may have worked for some people based on positive reviews but did not work for me.

Not really free returns

I initiated a return the same day i got the shoes because they were not comfortable. They advertise free returns but charge a $5 handling fee. This is very misleading and dishonest. I will not do business with them again.

WARNING: DO NOT BUY SHODDY KIZIK SHOES!!

WARNING: DO NOT BUY KIZIK SHOES!!! After a couple months, they will fall apart. I seldom wore these recently purchased Alpine UT shoes and they are crumbling to pieces! The foam inside the heel is split and shredding covering both sides and the heel. The fabric on the top rear of the shoe has holes in it. When kindly requesting to return DEFECTIVE KIZIK SHOES, the warranty department stated: "the issue falls outside the scope of our warranty policy. This may be due to general wear and tear or because the item does not show any manufacturing defects that would qualify for a replacement." - Kizik refuses to acknowledge defective materials of construction, though 1 star ratings are at 60%!
These shoddy shoes cost around $130.00 and don't hold up to gentle use by a 74 year old.

Disappointed after 8 months and no help

I bought the London for my husband. He found them comfortable, but after only 8 months one shoe’s sole started separating from the shoe. For $165, I would expect a shoe to last longer than 8 months. I contacted Kizik and they refused to work with me as the warranty is only 90 days. I told them we will not be buying any more shoes from them.

Had a pair of there hi top hiking shoes…

Had a pair of there hi top hiking shoes made it for 8-9 months. They had rips in between where the rubber meets the material. Funny thing is they wore out in the exact same spot on both the left and right shoe. This is an obvious design flaw. Also, never hiked in them just wore as regular shoes. They try to say it’s the wear pattern and my behavior. I thought this company was like a bontique shoe company where they actually cared about the customer. They are really popular in the special needs community and have a nice niche in that market. That will quickly erode as word gets out about how there shoes won’t even last 8-9 months. It’s a shame this is how they treated me. We have 3 pairs of there shoes and I felt like I was a good ambassador for them by recommending this brand to others. They acted like they were sorry and offered a 10% discount. I told them I could sign up for there emails and get 10%. What a joke. On another note when they first rejected my claim they had wrong information about my return and got it confused with my son’s purchase of his low top hiking version of these shoes. They are in the business of rejecting claims. I would love to know the amount of warranties they actually approve versus what they turn down and deny. I recommend staying away from this brand as you can see by the 148 other reviews about the same complaints I have. The fact they even offered a token 10% discount on top of that is a slap in the face. They could have given me a 50% discount and they would have still made money and have a much happier customer. The entire thing stinks. They certainly are not like Costco or Chick-fil-A where they bend over backwards for there customers. We are just another number to them and that’s the truth I am sorry to say.
