Purchased a 65# tv in Feb 23 via Dick Smith, it's now full of lines & blotches due to dead pixels 😡 had a number for enquiry & absolutely nothing since. That was weeks ago 🤬 don't buy anything Kogan or DS ever 🤬🤬

This is a sister company to dicksmith and have the same sly practices as dicksmith. They lure you in with free membership then when you buy something they take a $149 subscription fee out of the account without your permission. The banks even allow them to take money from an expired credit card... to contact a real person is very hard to do. Do not store your credit card details anywhere on any site as it doesn't matter if your are using a new card they can still deduct money from your old one

Kogan is a seriously fraudulant company and you should NEVER use them! Just google them and you will see literally THOUSANDS of sites and reviews warning people about them. My bank is in the process of taking them to court right now. You have been warned!
Be especially wary of them charging you for "FIRST" membership! Once again the internet is FULL of complaints against them for this too.
I cannot understand HOW they are still allowed to operate!

Don't ever buy from Kogan, not only their products are of poor quality but they don't have any customer service support or a number to call them in New Zealand. I have bought a defective TV and laptop and there is no way to contact them, nor they reply to messages on their website or emails. AVOID AT ALL.

Absolute thieves! Ordered a product a month ago has been stuck in Auckland with NZ Customs for two weeks.

Kogan / Yarra refuse to check on the status on why it is being held up, refuse to take any action other than replying with an automated message that states it is being held in customs and also refuses to cancel + refund which is in breach of the CGA

Operates with impunity behind a ticket-based customer care system - Had to issue a chargeback with my bank as they will not assist.

I bought two phones through kogan and dick smith on 10 June. I still haven't received a tax invoice despite numerous attempts, escalations and promisses from the kogan customer service that it would be sorted.

I have ordered a few items from Kogan and its been a positive experience until something goes wrong. Zero support between Kogan and NZ post. Item dispatched almost a month ago and no help at all so far from either. Kogan does not even seem to have a contact number. Terrible.

Ordered USB Hub for laptop, delived to an adress in AUST not New Zealand.

Ive purchased off the Dicksmith Site multiple times and had no problem at all. however this time item sent to NSW not New Zealand.- despite multiple attempts to contact the company there has been Zero communication.

my purchase may only be a $100 order, but there are som many in the same boat.. WHOS PROFITING FROM THIS ????? not the consumers.

DO NOT buy from this website. As others have said, there is ZERO customer support, and they don't refund. Fortunately I paid via Paypal, otherwise I would be out a few hundred $$$

Don't buy anything from Dick smith or Kogan. You will regret it.
I returned my cellphone and never got refunded. The seller and the customer didn't answer at all. The customer center website is broken and not answering.

Kogan has built a business with ZERO customer support.
So why did I buy from them!? I saw what I thought to be a bargain. I'm an idiot, I know. Too good to be true and it usually is.
When things go wrong, and they have, there is NO ONE to talk too. You just loose your money.
Can't sue them. It'd cost more to do so.
And they just don't reply.
You also cannot contact the courier company as you don't know who they use and there is no tracking number given.
So your buying on faith alone. A really bad idea.
I'll never buy from Kogan again. DoH!

Delivered cheap Chinese counterfeit product that arrived already broken and unusable.
Support unhelpful and after several emails back and forth simply referred me back to seller who was unwilling to exchange.
Had good experience previously but this has completely put me off their shop.
Even Aliexpress has better customer service and protection.
Won't buy there again and do not recommend.

I have sent texts to kogan over 3 days now. They say my washing machine was delivered on Monday. It wasn't. I've been asking what's going on. Nothing. I've asked for my money back. Nothing. I can't get on to them, by phone or text. I've been with this company for 7yrs. Not any more. They have lost a very loyal customer. Don't buy from kogan .

Rip off. I ordered a $5 SIM card, but I never got it. Without delivering me a sim, they charged me $15 extra for the pack.
Avoid making any purchases from them!.

Joined Kogan mobile, but a big waste of time. I had to wait a week for the SIM to arrive. There is nowhere to buy it apart from their website. When it did arrive, I had problems porting my old number over. Finally when it was set up there is no easy way to check the account such as an from an app. The main reason I left though is that they automatically linked my credit card to their system. I had to go through support and wait for a couple of weeks to unlink it. When it was time to renew the prepay, I bought a voucher but could not use it without a credit card even though it was already bought and paid for. I refuse to link my credit card details to any site to let them automatically take money out of my account without me knowing about it. Big waste of time. Much better providers out there such as Warehouse Mobile which are as cheap, but much better service and less hassle.

They advertised free shipping then charged for shipping. Upon contacting them, they refused to abide by their advertised offer.

Brought a kogan tv. Remote didn't work brought a new one works but won't turn yhe tv on if it's off. Have to keep pairing the remote to the tv like every time I have to use the remote. If the remote actually works the tv will stop loading and go back to the main page. This is not a wifi issue as my Samsung tv in the other room further away from the wifi box works without a hitch.

No one from their customer team can understand their customers, you will find super hard to communicate with them. They don't have call center and doesn't offer call back!!! OMG it is unbelievable. Charging customer with the plan that they never sign up for. I am currently looking for further legal action for this.!!!!!! 3 days now. My case still going NOWHERE!!!!!!!!HORRIBLE!!
PLUS when I first joined, they sent me a faulty sim card, it takes a week to replace a new card and get my mobile network set up. Now the plan I had paid has linked to the faulty sim card. Unbelievable!!!!!!
