Unfortunately I broke my lid to my juicer and I got the best and fastest help I’ve ever received from any customer service rep. I am grateful and so pleased with my experience. I didn’t know I was within warranty so this was very helpful figuring out how to get my replacement part.

Had issues with my humidifier. After chat with service consultant (Cleo), it was determined the unit was bad. Replacement unit being sent.
