After a couple of months, my personal blender went on the fritz (I simply make one small smoothie each morning). It was just bad luck I supposed so I called Customer Service. I spoke with Alex who was extremely helpful and courteous. All good, since I am still under warranty they are sending out a replacement

They got back to me quickly and efficiently.

Two parts of my juicer cracked so I came to customer support to get them replaced. I emailed and within a couple hours received a response and was assured that the two parts would be replaced. Excellent service.

I never recieved my item. I contacted customer service but they never resolved my problem. I paid for something that I never recieved. Very bad business.

I asked, and Rey delivered. He was punctual, professional and got the job done. Made his request quickly and followed up with me quickly.

Have so far 6 smaller room units and 4 big room units. My wife's allergies are much better. Thank you
