Very helpful in getting my issue resolved, it would have been hard without their help and they were all over it.

Beware, I didn’t realise the import taxes involved. Pretty costly, makes the purchase more expensive than a new alarm system.

Was having issues, some with the product some with the installer (me). Talked to Nate. I did a couple of things, he did some magic on his end. And voilà! Everything is working as it should!

Product fills a nitch for Smart homes. Takes a standard binary device and makes it smart. Connection to Habitat is robust and flawless. Im a high end security integrator in Milwaukee WI area, very experienced in advanced security. This is THE product i would recommend. Just upgraded to the pro board, my first gen board just failed, two years in service. Would suggest understanding the wifi on the cheaper board, have seen this wifi fail on similar boards produced by Roku. Not a fault of konnected but affects are felt anyway, unless they upgraded hardware in the last two years. Anyway i went to hardwire.... Been involved with konnected since they were a Kickstarter. They are responsive to keeping up with the changes in the smart industry. Feel confident they will be around for the long haul. THANKS KONNECTED

I suggest not calling it an alarm panel since it doesn't meet UL specs for an alarm system. Otherwise it's a great idea at a great price point. Connection and setup is straight forward and it does what it's intended to do which is to integrate alarm devices to home automation.

I received one extra item (a duplicate) I didn't order. I asked them what they wanted me to do, and they said that as long as I got what I did order, I could keep the extra. It was probably cheaper than returning it, but it still left a good feeling. If I didn't feel the need to raise a support ticket on this, I would have given them 5 stars.

The install process required a few watches of Nate's youtube videos, some of which were outdated, but once I was up & running the system worked amazingly. I had a defective wire in my kit that required some troubleshooting, but one ticket to Konnected and I had a whole new set of wires heading my way for free, excellent customer service.

Love the product and second purchase for our new home. But installation using the interface for the Keyswitch on Zone 1 of ADEMCO Vista 20p is lacking on the main Help page. After purchasing additional resistors and connectors as suggested, it wasn't evident until I found a post in the discussion topics... on page 4... (search this topic "Vista 20p with Interface setup" and go to page 4)

Please update your installation methods or more information on how to use Zone 1 as a Keyswitch.

Otherwise, everything else with the installation went super smoothly with the Alarm Panel Pro Interface kit using the printed instructions and video.

Fast, complete and accurate support from Konnected. The product is great, but 'slowly slowly catch a monkey'. Take your time and plan ahead. Document everything, label everything, and double or triple check step by step.
It helps to do this as a two person job.
Adding an Alarm Pro Panel and two PCB interface boards to my ADEMCO Vista-128BP took me two days. In the end, I called my Alarm company and they helpfully finished the installation. I gained a lot of useful knowledge about my alarm setup and I'm glad I called in the pros to finish the job.

Easy to set up and I love the idea of a non-subscription system and that it works with your current alarm system.

Purchase without problem. Online chat with help. Fast shipping. Alarm panel is very well made, but my has defect. Online support answered on few minutes and manage to send new one.

Quick response time to variety of issues. One issue was getting wifi connected to Konnected Pro. I got a power line adapter for ethernet and that got the Konneted Pro device online. ( Initially , I thought to return the device due to inability to get online.) The response to my problems did not solve the issue, but it got me determined to continue to trouble shoot issues. It took some time to get Konnected cloud to integrate with the device. I think it was as simply a sort of rebooting the device. It took a great deal of time to just sign-in to SmartThing app. Finally everything came together. I'm still not out of the woods with a working alarm system. I need to interface Konnected Pro to get use from my Honeywell keypad for control of system. I will review youtube teaching sessions for interface setup. I thank service for quick response to issues. That alone earns four stars. Not finished with alarm set up, so more issues are sure to come up. Thank you

Konnected gave me the space to wire all of the sensors my old system couldn't handle. Great system and easy integration into HA.

Products are great, but documentation and customer service needs improvement

Bought boards to replace existing ancient wiring, easy to set up. Support is awesome and response time is super fast! Highly recommend.
