I like to thank KONNECTED for this product i bean looking for this from the longest time and KONNECTED you make my day.most off all I will like to thank your representative Andy Wulff for is quick response...he always on point..when you ask a question I will recommend this product to my friends and family....now that I have knowledge of installing the product..I will be recommending it and installing it is a easy install just some few bump...but I master it THANK YOU KONNECTED....

Quality product. Easy to install, easy to setup and easy to use.

Need a lot more information on ways to set things up for dummies. Not just smart people that already know those things.

The Konnected Interface Pro was simple enough to setup with all of the available instructions and material found online. There had been a mixup with my order as I had been sent an incorrect module but customer support responded immediately and shipped the correct module right away.

I followed the original Kickstarter project when I first heard about it and always thought that it would be a great upgrade for my outdated pre-wired alarm system. I'm glad that I finally got to the point in my home automation setup to finally purchase the Konnected and add it to my system. It is by far my favorite part of my entire home automation system.

It's great to be able to connect an old wired system to your smart hub and control it from anywhere. Once connected it's worked flawless for me, but that's the catch "once connected". I've ALWAYS run into problems connecting it to my wifi. It's a convoluted set of steps to connect it. Trying to connect it to konnects own wifi then dancing around to connect it to my wifi has always taken an unreasonable amount of time. Once connected the system is great but when the time comes for a new router, etc I cringe at reconnecting Konnect again. If they redesigned the wifi configuration and made it simpler, I would give it 5 stars.

Ordering was easy and shipping made it in one piece!
Only thing is, I wish the taxes would have been included in the shipping fees so not to get surprised with extra fees when crossing over to Canada.

Wrong part was sent. Description and picture showed a recessed mount and I was sent a surface mount motion

The part worked perfectly and was timely delivered.

Konnected battery backup blew out the Pro board. Order a new board and new battery backup and now the battery backup is causing the Pro board not to stay on. I don't feel that the support team was very helpful and if I had not already installed the product I would would not pick this product again.

Excellent product. Excellent customer service. Very quick to respond.

At first it was a little overwhelming but with patience and watching videos. You can figure it out if you're a DIYer. If not may prove to be difficult to setup. But so far the product is excellent.

The devices are great the install was smooth on 3 out of the 4. I dropped a star because I had to update the firmware on one in order for it to connect.

Their customer service is exceptional & I would recommend product line to anyone!!

Tech support did’t get it working was told to wait for an upgrade.

The Konnected alarm panel pro was super easy to setup. We now have an alarm system that is useable and we can monitor it ourselves with great reliability and it integrates well with our smart home automations.

Great effort on all but would be nice if there were videos or help setting up and using SmartThings.

I needed a new main board, but determining that was a challenge. Finding the replacement part was easy, however finding the support article that outlined the need for a new board was challenging. Apparently, a storm caused the Siren relay to short and activate the siren all the time. But this article was difficult to located to determine how to get the system fixed and back online. Maybe I needed to open a support ticket? Anyway, it's a minor thing, but worth noting. Otherwise, I'm a very big fan of the Konnected product.
