Kpop Moon Reviews

Ryan was amazing helping me sort out a copy of a Kandis album and he also helped me enter into the fancall raffle with my order, he has been so helpful and I wish to ask again for their next release

Product came not too long after ordering, got a light-stick for the skz concert and it came in perfect condition and connected to the official app very happy I ordered (if ordering for London concert order early ordered 2nd may, arrived 19th may)

Arrived on time and packaged beautifully. Amazing store, will buy from them in the future

Great service, quick delivery, always go the extra mile.. sweet treats are a nice human touch. Highly recommend

Very happy with my order, delivered quick! No complaints :)

including sweets with the package is a bonus, always a pleasure to purchase from them

Just wanted to give a huge thanks to KPM. There was a mix-up with an Artms album I had ordered and the owner kindly added it free of charge on my last order, which I really am appreciative of <3
Definitely and forever going to be ordering from this store because of the outstanding customer service and supplies Kpop albums I have only ever dreamed of, and now they’re part of my own collection! :D

Delivery within reasonable time. Item original, new and working. Got some small sweet freebie as well which was very nice.

I was a bit hesitant since the website looks a bit bare (design wise) but my payment was fulfilled with no problems and my order arrived to my country (NL). In my case I ordered a lightstick from a group that is not active anymore, so I was very happy that I was able to place the order. Thank you to the Kpop Moon staff for fulfilling my order!

Great experience with Kpop Moon as always. Not the first time ordering and won't be the last! Great selection of albums and the website is easy to navigate. Shipping times were accurate with update on dispatch date and friendly customer service as always. Thank you for my albums!

amazing shop!
i’ve bought from them a few times and they have yet to disappoint. items are packaged securely and come with sweets!
10/10 experience, will be returning

I love how up to date the deliveries page is, it allows the couple of weeks waiting for an order to ship from Korea to go by so much more smoothly. Plus the addition of a thank you card with my name on it and a couple of little sweet treats is so nice! I’m never ordering from another site again, this is my go to for forever

Always great communication from Kpop Moon, I would happily use them again.

Great online store to buy from! They always have individual member versions, which is what I was looking for! Quick delivery and always well packaged. Thank you ☺️

Did take awhile for package to be shipped had a very helpful person called Ryan who assured me me my package would be with me asap very helpful polite . My daughter is very happy with her straykids flash light for her concert in July packaged very good works excellent definitely order again

Great customer service, I had an issue with my contact information and they fixed it very quickly, very friendly people. Delivery was quicker than expected and item came with no problems.

Really great website for buying lots of different albums I can’t find anywhere else and at a good price, I’ve used it multiple times and never had any problems. Customer service is also really great, they got back to me quickly when I had questions about my order. 😊

Amazing service, always helpful.

I have used this shop a few times because they are reliable and they engage with their customers.
