My experience with kpopmoon is just awesome.
They really try their best to get your desired product to you in the best possible way.
They also don't blindly send you stuff straight from their supplier but take the time to check the quality first making sure you receive a good product.
and when for some reason problems arise on the supplier side they communicate with you about the consequences and possible alternatives.
They're really great!

I was a first time customer to Kpop Moon ordering 2 albums for a Christmas gift. I was a bit anxious as I’d not heard of the company before and the orders come from Korea and estimated delivery times were quite long but I shouldn’t have worried! The customer service from the K-pop Moon team is fantastic! Albums arrived in perfect condition in time for Christmas. Big thank you to Ryan who was soo helpful keeping me posted and making sure the package was delivered. Great experience. We’ll be checking Kpop Moon first for merch from now on.

My questions were answered really quickly and service was friendly. I bought an album that was a pre-order so it took some time, but they always gave updates on it and I have received it already :) I love how nicely packed it was and they also included some sweets in it. I’ve bought from them twice and both experience were great.

I use kpop moon as they are one of the very few places that allows you to pick member specific versions of an album. Amazing communication and items are always delivered fast and safely!! Thank you so much.

Wish i could give even more stars! I haven't experienced that good customer service before. There was an album i wanted but it was even more expensive than on the website, so they checked for me for a used, but ended up finding the album brand new but almost half the price and made sure I got it, by labeling it as sold out until I was ready to order it. It arrived today and I couldnt be hippier! There was even packed some candy in the order which i found very sweet and the album was secured to perfection. Yes I am very excited :D

I am a first time customer, and although there was an error with the shipping of my order from Korea, they were very transparent about what was going on both via email & on their site, and my album arrived very quickly after getting to them in the UK. It was packaged very well, and the album wasn't damaged at all. Will be ordering from them again!

First time ordering and I couldn't be happier. There are regular updates about pre-orders on the website, the albums were well packaged (with sweets inside!), and everything was in perfect condition. 10/10, would highly recommend.

Would 100% recommend K-Pop Moon if you are an avid K-Pop fan and collector! They have an incredible selection of albums that rivals most other stores and gives regular updates on pre-orders and weekly shipments which is super helpful! Definitely check them out if you haven’t already!

They were great! This was my first time pre-ordering from them and they have all of their regulations up on the website as they are supplied internationally so make sure you read before hand. Even so, they are really understanding and want to give you the best service.

Fantastic service, every time I have ordered from them it has been a smooth process. Albums are shipped quickly and always arrive safely as they are packed really well.
