Whilst the parcel was slightly late due to Royal Mail, the customer service was impeccable! Very communicative and even offered solutions in case my package didn’t arrive! 10/10!

The customer service is top-notch
The customer service is top-notch. They would update you regularly and would make sure your order is delivered. If you have any concerns, they'll have it sorted as soon as possible.
With regards to the products, everything is legit and in great quality. It's packagedly properly and safely. There are no damages or dents when I received my order.
Bonus: they give sweet treats!

Amazing customer service
Unfortunately, did experience an issue with my order. However, the customer service was absolutely amazing as regardless of the issue not being the fault of the company but instead an error the supplier had, they still reached out to resolve the issue so the best of their ability which included a refund for the missing item and delivery. Will absolutely be returning for future purchases - best customer service.

Kpop online for UK absolutely brilliant
Have used Kpop moon twice now and both times have been really impressed with the packaging and delivery . Will certainly be using again and a very good price for what can be expensive items on other sites.

Amazing Service
Perfectly packaged and arrived on time in mint condition. Packet of skittles was a nice surprise treat to nom while I unboxed. Blessed me with a Natty Photocard in my Born to be XX album so an extra 5* for that alone.

Decent waiting time for delivery and good communication with the dealer. Package came in one piece and an extra free sweet pack which was nice. Easy website to use. Would definitely buy again!

I will be a repeat customer!
My experience with Kpop Moon has been fantastic! I have ordered from them three times. They offer a wide range of kpop albums, including nugu groups and albums that are out of press. Communication with Ryan via the form on the website and subsequently by email proved that Kpop Moon will go above and beyond for their customers - I firstly asked whether albums were first press and when Ryan found out that they weren't, he sourced first press albums for me anyway. Then I asked if I could have a discount as I was buying £200+ of albums, and he offered me a £10 discount! Shipping was much faster than expected, and I even received some sweets in my package as a thank you for my purchase! I can't recommend Kpop Moon highly enough - I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Lovely people. I find it so comforting that they have a delivery update page so you always know what's happening. Ryan is also always quick to reply to emails if you have any problems or queries. No.1 album shop I recommend to UK Kpop fans ☺️

Ryan is the best
Ryan was so patient, accommodating, and understanding. He worked with me over the course of four months until I was able to get my album to the US. And once it was shipped, it arrived in just three days. Just a great experience overall. Would buy from them again.

Excellent service
I am really happy with my order from Kpop Moon. Unfortunately my order was delayed due to damages, Kpop Moon emailed me apologising and kept me updated constantly. Not too much later I had an email to say the replacement had arrived and it was dispatched. It arrived within 2 days. Packaged well and even came with some free chocolates :)

Great service and speedy shipping
I wanted to pre-order an album with a different seller for different benefits and through my research it was highly recommended to buy from kpop moon. I had a lot queries as buying kpop albums in UK is new for me but the service was amazing and the speed that I got my albums was faster than I expected.
Loved the whole experience and would definitely recommend!
