My experience ordering from KpopMoon was great! It was my first time ordering from them. It was an easy ordering process that was detailed out step by step by the friendly staff members on the KpopMoon team. The team was super reliable and very responsive.

Considering I ordered from outside the UK and the process was unfamiliar to me, the KpopMoon team assisted and assured me along the way. Now for the albums ~ Seventeen ATTACCA Carat Version and Seventeen Sector 17 Compact Version
Albums came 2 days after I was informed that they were dispatched and would be shipped to me - super fast! They were wrapped well in bubble wrap so both albums arrived with no damages. I am very happy that I was able to find a store that allowed me to choose which member version for each album. I’ve been looking for a store that had stock and would let you choose for a long time so it was great to finally find one.

KpopMoon is great, had all preorders come in safely, well packaged and they can also secure specific version albums (Weverse etc). Staff are friendly and responsive online. You wait a little for preorders to arrive since they ship in bulk once things arrive from Korea to their store, but once it reaches them they send it on incredibly quickly, so no complaints at all. Will continue to use!

I have used a few different UK based kpop websites and hands down Kpop Moon is arguably one of the best there is. Myself, my daughter and my husband have all bought a lot of things from them over the last year and a bit and I couldnt be happier with the quality, price, and delivery of them.

Delivery is maybe a bit longer at times due to the orders being organised into weekly shipments, but this also means the choice you get is only limited by the stock that is in Korea. There delivery times are always updated on their website and I have found them to be very accurate and once they get your order it is sent out to you super quick.

Another thing the customer service is amazing, if there is something specific you would like that is not on their website they will do their best to source it for you. Or if you have a problem they get back to you very quickly and try to sort it out.

And how can you not love the wee extra touches of the sweets with your order. Makes it feel even more special.

So safe to say I will be using kpop moon for all things kpop (and kdrama) for the forseeable future. Keep up the good work team, your amazing. 😊😊

this is the only place i could find the album i was after, expensive but fair considering how elusive it seems to be now!! shipped fast after it arrived to them it seems, happy with the little freebie too.
