Does not respond to customers and especially to customers who demand refunds. They use deceptive descriptions they say "estimated time frame" for preorders, so why has it been 8 months and my order is still not fulfilled? Then when I ask about it on her lives she accuses me of not reading the description, and then I get blocked. This is crazy behavior. I noticed she has terrible reviews on here, and I saw her on multiple platforms offering incentives to balance her negative reviews so she can deceive more people. STAY AWAY

I have been with Kristyn an KKB for 6 years and they are amazing. Kristyn has such integrity and is very kind. Fast delivery and always replies to my emails within two days. The quality of her clothing clothing and jewelry is impeccable I placed an order on 12/18/25, order #439237 and received it 12/23/25. I will continue shopping here for all my jewelry and clothes.

Please be sure to read through description to see if it is a pre-order because those usually take a little extra time! Will be ordering more in the future from Krush Kandy.

Ordered belt 1/3/26. STILL haven’t received it. Order #239817.
Reached out x3-4 asking for updates. Got chastised as I sent too many email update requests. Was told last Thursday 1/22/26, it was shipped & tracking number would be sent in separate email. Still nothing! I just want closure & either my belt or a refund to my credit card.

I shop with Krush Kandy Boutique at least several times per week! Hands down my favorite jewelry and such a fun community! Fast shipping, which is free over $50 and 10% cash back on the app. I don’t know of one other boutique that does that! Kristyn is definitely a passionate business owner. I have only had a couple hiccups with shipping but they have taken care of those professionally and in a timely matter. 10/10 recommend!

I have been shopping with KKB for about 9 years. The quality of their jewelry is always top notch. Their shipping is usually very quick unless there is a Pre-order. In this case, they are very forthcoming about an estimated time frame. Most buyers realize that making this high quality jewelry for a custom piece takes time. I have personally ALWAYS had quick responses when I have emailed with an inquiry about orders.
The prices are extremely low for today's price in silver and for the exceptional quality of each piece.
KKB is also extremely generous with giveaways and sales. Kristen is amazing! I absolutely love this family owned business and will continue to shop with them.

This is a first class business run by wonderful family. I have purchased numerous items that are in stock as well as pre orders which can take quite a few weeks depending on the individual vendor lead times. The quality of the jewelry is amazing. I was stunned to see the negative reviews. I think people fail to realize that these are essentially special orders which take weeks for items to be made. This information is clearly stated in all applicable listings. I don’t understand why people get so upset when they should have known upfront that it would be weeks before the item is even shipped. People need to take responsibility for NOT reading rather than spending time trashing a business.

This place is a scam. Do not buy from them. You will not get your order. And no one will answer when you reach out 5 times.

I only received half my order and it took a month to get a response about the remaining shirt ($40) . They’re still haven’t shipped it and it’s been 2.5 months. They promised 3 weeks ago they would ship it but haven’t. They took my money and didn’t send me half of my order . How is this company getting away with this?

I have been shopping at Krush Kandy Boutique for about a year, and it has quickly become my favorite boutique. I catch as many live shows as I can, and I appreciate the cash back loyalty that Kristyn offers with app orders. I have also shopped the website which is well organized separating clothes from jewelry and even organizing jewelry by stone to make it even more convenient. I have made many many purchases from Krush Kandy, one being order number 442431 which is a one of a kind piece of jewelry that you quite literally can not find anywhere else. From the purchases I have made, it is clear that Krush Kandy has an amazing team of artists. I have also purchased clothes from Krush Kandy, and I love that they offer clothes made from quality, comfortable fabrics. Preorders are clearly stated as preorders, and it makes me sad that Krush Kandy receives negative feedback about preorders when this is something that they do not have to offer for us. Preorders make it possible to have a variety of quality pieces at an affordable price. I do not diminish any other person’s experience, but I have had positive experiences with Kristyn, customer service, and the whole Krush Kandy Boutique team.

I’ve been a KK customer for over 7 years. I’ve spent A LOT of money with them. I would never spend that much of my hard earned money on a company I didn’t trust and love. I’ve learned so much about fashion, beauty and health from Kristyn. I truly believe she cares about her customers and appreciates us. She continues to show it with great deals, fabulous merchandise and many giveaways. I think she has been targeted unfairly by people who cannot read descriptions about the presales or special orders and by people who have nothing better to do but bully her. Anytime and every time I’ve had an issue with an order, it’s been taken care of promptly and efficiently. I also believe another boutique and her friends have led these witch hunts on KKB. Please don’t take too much heed on these bad reviews without actually trying KKB yourself.

I've been buying from KKB for about 5 years now. My more recent purchases were rings for Christmas gifts for friends. Only once has there been a mix up, and it was my own due to not understanding the time for a custom piece that I thought was ready to ship. KKB customer service was super understanding and I've continued to ship with them. I made my most recent purchases last night on Whatnot and can't wait for them to come in.
