I found KKB almost one year ago to be exact. I’ve purchased over 40 pieces of jewelry and an unknown amount of clothing and shoes. We do not have local stores to purchase my style and I LOVE that I can order from a reliable business.

I love Krush Kandy boutique! I have ordered from them for several years. Everything I've received is great! I love the closet sales the best when it comes to clothing as i am inpatient and dont like to wait 4 to 7 business days for clothing, jewerly ships super fast!! Next day usually. I ordered the cutest sweater order #442711 which was only 5 business days ago so it should ship soon!! It looks incredibly cute & soft. If I ever have an issue with an order, customer service they resolve it. I would recommend shopping with Krush Kandy. I share their lives constantly!! ❤️

I have always had amazing luck ordering from KrushKandy I have been ordering since 2019 and have always had amazing experience. The costumer service is amazing! Order#435526 was some pants, a sweater and the cutest purse ever and I received them all! Amazing quality!

I have always had great experiences with KKB. I have so much jewelry from them. The quality is great and costumer service has always been great.

The size chart doesn't fit correctly. Customer support responds slowly.

Zero stars - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I never received the item and the tracking never updated, and my order was placed over two months ago. Save yourself the time and money and shop elsewhere!

Absolutely horrible experience. Long story short, ordered a pre-order item in October that was to ship (estimated) around 11/25ish. As of January 20th, I’ve yet to receive this order. I’ve sent several emails back and forth inquiring and it’s always the same lame answer that their “preorders are an estimate” and that they are “escalating this to their warehouse”. It wasn’t until I disputed the charge, filed a complaint with BBB, and then notified them that my bank was awaiting their response, that they created a label to ship out the item. Now I have to wait and see if the item arrives and once it does, request a refund from the company. Like that will ever happen. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. Owner simply makes excuses and does not care about customer service.

Do not use this website or buy anything from this company? I placed an order Saturday, November 8. According to their shipping policy, orders are processed within 4–7 business days. It was weeks before I saw a couple items had shipped. Shipping delays were crazy. I got the last couple things of my order after Christmas. I contacted customer service many times. I paid for unlimited returns but they would never process my return I submitted. The quality of the items I received was awful too. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

This company is awful. As other people have wrote I ordered several items in November and never received two of them and then received the wrong item several months later.
I contacted customer service multiple times and they advised they were going to reach out to their warehouse, but I never heard back from them.

Do not order from Krush Kandy boutique! I placed an order on 11/27/25 and never received it. I've contacted them 3 times for the status of my order; the 1st response was I would definitely receive my item by Christmas; the 2nd response a few days before Christmas was to wait 5-10 days for tracking to update; and the 3rd response was on 01/05/26 telling me to wait 5-10 days. They never offered to refund my money so I had to file a claim with my bank. I believe they are scammers and should not be trusted. Their customer service is horrible and they should have ZERO stars.....DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BOUTIQUE!

I ordered a holiday sweater apparently on pre-order with an estimated ship date of "mid-December". I received the sweater after Christmas. It was too small. Multiple links on the website don't work which I pointed out to their Customer Service team. I was told that their policy is "no refunds on seasonal/holiday item, and all seasonal items are final sale, as noted in our return policy on our website". That information is NOT included on the page where you are shopping - it's included in a return policy page. The information on the page where I was shopping did not at all mention no returns. Additionally, the landing page on their website mentions returns and exchanges within 14 days. It is a reasonable assumption that between the main landing page and the page I was shopping on - that when I didn't see any information about not being able to return an item - that I could return or exchange an item. Saying it's on the returns page and "that's our policy" is gaslighting me and other customers who are dealing with this nonsense. I will never order from this place again. Terrible experience.

I've been through hell with them since November! I Ordered several items mid November and did NOT receive the Christmas sweaters until AFTER the New Years on today, January 5, 2026. They don't give credits for holiday items!! WHAT??!!!! I didn't get them until after the holidays!!. Also waiting for other items. They sent FAKE tracking numbers, lied to me in emails and they don't think they should take back items ordered for Christmas and not received until after??? I got one email that I would be refunded if I returned the items. So I returned them the next day. I emailed them daily after tracking told me they received them back for a week, but they never refunded me or ressponded!! I then put a claim in with PayPal and Krush Kandy said they agreed to refund me AND Still nothing. I’ve sent all three Christmas items back and don’t have my refund. I have contacted them AGAIN and still no response. I’m not surprised. They’ve blocked my comments inquiring about my orders on their Facebook page in the past. So I’ve given up on inquiring on social media. This nightmare still isn’t over. Three Christmas items returned and over $150 in the hole right now. I’m at a loss what to do next. I just want my money back for the items they said I could return and I did. This is just the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had in my life. I can’t afford to ever shop with them again and praying for my refund.

Do NOT order from this company. Placed an order in November and never received. After requesting a refund, which they refused, they gave me a tracking number which showed no movement and blame USPS for losing the items. Many many customers in the same situation. Hopefully they are stopped soon by law enforcement.

I would highly recommend to stay away from this company. The clothes are made just like things you would receive from SHEIN. I bought a complete outfit that they had matched together on a model when I received the outfit. It was absolutely dreadful and the colors did not match at all. I emailed them and they did not respond for two weeks telling me that I could not have a refund and I cannot return those things but I can get a store credit when I ask them for instructions on how to send my stuff back for a store credit. They then emailed me and told me they were sorry for the misunderstanding, but those were holiday items and I was just stuck with them.

This boutique should be permanently shut down. All they do is lie to their customers and then turn everything around to make it look like the customers fault. I ordered a Christmas sweater October 23rd with an approx shop date of 11/25. Well it’s January 2nd and no sweater. I’ve sent numerous emails nothing. And who wants it now it’s past Christmas! Asked for a refund nothing. Horrible, horrible boutique. One star is too many!

My order was placed 10/23.. here it is 1/1… one item was a Christmas present.. I’ve experienced slow response and no response, fake tracking numbers , in warehouse preparing for shipment, reorder excuse that has now pass the expected shipping date.. I’ve still to this date not received two items from my order. I do not know how this company stays open…items are cute if you ever get them!! Beware!!
