I have ordered in the past from this company but this is the last time I will give them my business. I made an order in the beginning of November 2025 for items that were NOT LABELED as made to order and were in stock ready to ship. Almost two months later still nothing has been sent. I have repeatedly asked for a cancellation and refund on this $195.00 order and they will not oblige to that. Only offering store credit which I do NOT want. This is very frustrating when they would say “2-3 days we will update you”. Nothing for weeks, and now they just give me the run around. Who knows when I’ll get my order. I have heard of people never receiving their orders or it being a year later and getting it. I am posting this as a warning. DO NOT ORDER from them. I did not have any issues in the past and was a very good customer. Horrible that now I’m being treated like this for the business I’ve given them. A refund would be the easiest thing for them to do since the jewelry pieces have not been made. But they refuse. I hope more people are made aware of their poor business ethics.

Item stated 15-20 days to have it printed (Christmas top) and it took a month and a half. Then they said it shipped, but I have yet to receive it!!!! They don't answer their emails until a week or 2 later. Very very slow!! I ordered on 11/03/2025 and I still don't have my tee.
It's ridiculous. I don't believe it was even shipped.
I asked for a full refund and they told me no returns or refunds allowed. They said it's stated on their website. I NEVER read that anywhere.
This company is a total scam! Beware!

UPDATE: It's January 23rd and still no top. I NEVER received anything.

Do not EVER order from this company - unless you don’t want your order for weeks. I placed an order on 11/19 thinking that was sufficient time to get my items prior to Christmas. Boy was I wrong!! Their customer service is about as helpful as a broken windshield wiper in a downpour. They take days to respond, only respond with blanket scripted answers and do not address your questions! I got part of my order yesterday and still don’t have the entire order. They are utterly useless regardless of how cute the clothes are. I’d rather pay more money and work with a more reputable and responsive company!! This company is not worth the trouble!

-10 if I could. Waited for a month for shoes that were supposed to ship on 12/15. Finally showed up 1/10. (These were a Christmas gift) Very poor communication. No acknowledgement of the lateness until finally offered a store credit should I decide to cancel. Never shipped the sweater until weeks later. The model wearing the sweater had one on that was two sizes to big as it hung much lower than what mine does but did not mention that in the ad. The sweater also started getting super fuzzy and pilly after wearing only once. Very bad quality. Overall horrible first purchase and it will be my last.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. I placed my order in November for items that were meant to be Christmas gifts, assuming they would arrive in time (even accounting for the preorder disclaimer).
Despite reaching out multiple times, my order was never shipped, and communication was poor and unhelpful. Weeks went by with no resolution, leaving me without the items or clear answers.
The lack of accountability and failure to fulfill the order in a reasonable timeframe is unacceptable. I ultimately had to request a refund and escalate the issue due to the lack of response.
This was my first and will be my last time ordering from this company. I would not recommend them to others, especially if timing matters.
Check reviews and their status with the BBB before ordering!!

*Edit: Over a month later, two different shipping tracking numbers created (for one order), and complaints to all agencies involved, I finally received my order. The quality of the sweaters is awful. Unraveled seems, poor sewing...looks like something you would order off of Temu. Lesson learned!

I don’t like making these reviews but do not purchase from Krush Kandy Boutique. It’s easy to get lured in with their ads of “500 (however many) happy customers” and their super cute outfit ads but ignore them. I ordered the viral white Merry Christmas candy cane style sweater and noted that it said shipping would be the 28th of November. My sweater didn’t ship. I emailed them to find out the ETA to which I got the sweetest reply with a lie in the middle. The email stated if I’d have read under the top it said shipment wouldn’t come until December 13th. Well I did read it. I also screenshot it (I’ve been duped before). I replied with a sweet email that included a screenshot of their own listing with November 28th highlighted for them and mentioned that I never would have ordered it had it said December the 13th. I fluctuated too much to know what size I’ll be next Christmas. After I called out the lie I never received a response email. Dead silence. I finally got a shipping notification today but I won’t be able to wear it for a year if it’s even what I ordered. Fingers crossed I guess. I don’t know if they deliberately scammed me but they did deliberately lie to me and because of that I will never order from them again. Integrity and transparency in a business is important. If they were that over run with orders be transparent and don’t lie and try to gaslight your customers to try and smooth things over. It never ends well.

I spent $72 on a pair of shoes that I ordered in October it is December 22 and I still haven’t received my order. The company has not responded to my emails. I’m feeling this company is a scam and a rip off. Customer beware.

The clothing is very cheap. So disappointing!!

Big, fat thumbs down for this archaic company. If I was ordering in 1979 I might have more patience and sympathy but it’s 2025 and fast-paced, customer-focused is the only way. I made the mistake of ordering tops for Christmas in November. One arrived much later than I wanted and who knows when the other one will arrive b/c there are no status updates and no one with respond to my inquiries. This company has no business trying to compete in today’s world.

Do not order from this company!! I ordered something 1 month ago, and still haven’t received my shirt I ordered. I emailed them and I got a quick response saying I had ordered a “pre-order.” Which it was not advertised on the site when I purchased this shirt as that, or on the email of my order. I emailed them back giving them this info, and no response. I am still waiting on any shipment update, and nothing is happening. Please do not trust this site. It is a scam.

Extremely poor customer service. Takes forever to get a response, if you get one. Most of my experiences I was ignored. I live in Phoenix and they are supposedly located in Phoenix. Ordered early October and still no communication, no attempt to remedy, and ORDER NEVER RECEIVED!

Don’t let their hearts, flowers and smiley face emojis fool you. These people are frauds. Their “pre-order” nonsense is a lie. They will collect your money and never send the item-lying and making excuses. Working on this with my bank. I’ve never seen anything like this in my life. Don’t buy from them.

Ordered an item that said 10 days to ship- it’s been a month and no tracking info or update provided, even when I reached out to them. Scam!

I ordered from this boutique for the first time in October and it will definitely be my LAST! Never received the 3 things I ordered. I had to email the company SEVERAL times before getting any kind of response. All three of the items were not preorder! After several emails back and forth, I received an email stating that a sweater I ordered was being refunded but my other 2 items were being shipped. Looked up the tracking number and it was a bogus tracking number. Basically, they sent me a random number thinking that I would not check the shipping info. I have EVERY email correspondence between me and this boutique if anyone wants proof! I’m sure this post will be deleted once the owner sees my post but HOPEFULLY someone will see it and think twice before ordering.

I ordered a necklace in October, the website said it would take 6-8 weeks I think to receive it. Let me tell you it’s well worth the wait!!! I absolutely LLLOOOVVVEEE my necklace, and can’t wait to buy more jewelry from them! Well worth the wait!!

Items ordered on 11/1/2025. None categorized as "waitlist" or made to order. As of 12/9, no shipping information available. Have sent 4 inquiries over the past week, as the items I've ordered are listed on their website as "2 left!" (if product is stated as available for purchase, why haven't my items shipped or even arrived at this point?) Responses to inquiries continue to make excuses ("need to check warehouse, will update in 2-4 days", "the pants you ordered are flying off the shelves" - I ordered two sweaters, "your order is safe.") The items I purchased were discounted post promotional code, so I feel less bad about the assumed scam. This is HIGHLY unfortunate because the items are adorable and I would look to shop this 'store' in the future. As they clearly state in writing they do not issue refunds, I'll file a dispute with my credit card company. Buyer beware!!!!
UPDATE 1/23/2026: Items were never shipped. A label was created, but the post office never received the merchandise to send out. Over 20 email communications shared back and forth to tell me they were going to investigate, will update in 3-4 days. Filed dispute for refund since they refused to issue one. Again, BUYER BEWARE!

How they have a “business” is beyond me. No customer service/communication, and if choose to take a chance on them and order (don’t do it!) you need to be prepared to not get your order for at least a month +

May or may not get your order. Had to call my CC to get my money back. Worst customer service! She deletes all of the bad comments off of FB. Shady!

Ordered in October and haven't received my items. Reached out to them a few times without a response. Going to give it until the end of the day before I contact my bank and say I was scammed.
