Falsely advertising on the website when items are available. Charged my credit card for an item that is not available. Ordered a sweater for the holidays in early November and still haven't received it almost a month later. Contacted customer service and they do not stand behind what was advertised on the website. Would not order from this business again.

I ordered two sweaters from them on November 5th. It is now December 5th and I’ve yet to receive my package. After reaching out multiple times I was told 3 different dates for expected delivery. They never came, I finally demanded a full refund and was told they only offer store credit so I filed a dispute with my bank. I pushed the issue, when they finally agreed to a refund the next day I get a notification the sweaters they swore they couldn’t ship until the 12th of December now apparently we’re dropped off at a shipping carrier and out to be delivered. I STILL haven’t received these items. And I also still don’t have a refund. If I could give a zero star rating I would.

I ordered jeans on November 16,2025-have yet to see them and as of today there is no answer to my email and I can't get a hold of them. Is this sight real or was I ripped off

Although the fabric appears to be decent , the pictures and even videos are false advertisment. I ordered their pants and shirt because of their vibrant colors and received something that was not at all like that. The shirt i ordered was the pink Merry shirt. The writing looked larger and vibrant. What i got was smaller and cheap looking. I actually laughed when i opened it. Def will not be buying from here agajn

I believe I’ve been ripped off by Krush Kandy Boutique. I ordered jeans on October 2nd, and as of December 3rd, I still haven’t received them. I’ve emailed and called multiple times. The only response I received was an email extending the shipping date. Unfortunately, I placed a second order for sneakers and a belt, bringing my total to about $200 between both orders. I requested a refund, but they have not issued one. At this point, this company appears to be operating fraudulently.

I placed multiple orders with Krush Kandy because the items were advertised with clear shipping timeframes and ETAs. Unfortunately, those dates came and went with no shipment and no delay notices. One item was listed as 4–7 business days, and another had an ETA of November 25th — neither arrived on time, and I received no updated timeline from the seller.

When I asked for a refund to my original payment method (which is required under the FTC Mail Order Rule when a seller misses the advertised timeframe), the business insisted that store credit was the only option. However, they had already refunded one of my earlier items back to my credit card, so the policy seems inconsistent.

I also noticed that negative comments and customer concerns on their social media pages are often deleted, which makes it harder for new customers to know what is happening.

If you are experiencing similar issues, I strongly recommend filing complaints with:
The Federal Trade Commission (FTC)
Your State Attorney General
The Better Business Bureau (BBB)
Your payment provider or bank
These agencies take unresolved shipping delays and refund refusals seriously, especially when the posted ETA has passed without communication.

Every time I order for Krush Kandy the items are never received or take numerous weeks to get the items . I email them and they always have an excuse and only offer a credit of the unavailable item you ordered online but apparently is no longer available . When you address this to them they never offer to refund your money just a store credit . So fraudulent do not order from this store !

I’ve been shopping with Krush Kandy for 6 months and love everything about this boutique! Kristyn has great taste in fashion and brings cute clothes for her customers. I especially love the jewelry. I’ve received all of my orders quickly with no issues. Some items are custom orders and take longer but Kristyn lets her customers know that these items take a little longer. I plan to shop here forever!

placed an order in October. It said it was supposed to be deliver on October 31st. I emailed on November 11 when I still had not received my order. I was assured it would be sent out. A UPS tracking number was created however by 11/20 the tracking number continued to state that UPS had not received my item. I emailed again asking for my money back since it was clear my item hasn’t been sent out yet. Instead of a refund I would assured the warehouse would send out my item. Yet another UPD tracking number was created. Today on 11/24 UPS still has not received my order. I emailed again asking for a refund and I was told “upper management would be in touch with next steps. No word on receiving a refund.

The reviews were spot on for this place. Three weeks to get a shirt for Christmas season is pointless. No refunds either.

Stuff is cute when it finally gets to you. The shipping takes way too long!

I personally feel like this boutique is a big scam. I purchased something on October 10 here we are a month later and there has been absolutely zero communication about an update of this so-called pre-order item that I ordered over a month ago. I really wish I had looked at some of the reviews before purchasing from this boutique because now it is very clear to see that many other customers have also been scammed and did not receive their order and or did not receive a refund terrible terrible business do not be fooled by the cute clothes. Really wish they would have the common courtesy like any other big business. If somebody did not receive something then they should be obligated to return you the money.

Worse customer service EVER. Website states product processing in 24 to 48 hours. Website states you will receive items in 4 - 7 days. I am two states away. 9 days and not even a shipping notification. I have emailed them multiple times. I have sent a message of Facebook messenger and even had to resort to making a request on Facebook comments asking for a response to my emails. NADA. I will try to cancel or file a credit card dispute today.

Regardless of how nice the clothing looks DO NOT ORDER from Krush Kandy. I was bamboozled like previous reviews with not getting the ordered product even though they deduct from your credit card immediately they always have excuses as to why the product didn’t ship. And when you ask to cancel the order, they conveniently don’t get the email or answer you. Wishing I would’ve read reviews on this website or the Better Business Bureau because they’re all the same complaints and it’s true. I’ve been a victim myself.

I ordered a bag on August 29 and on September 17, it wasn’t shipped. The person who responded to my inquiry kept saying they did their best to ship it soon and if I didn’t get the shipping information in a few days, contacted her again. I did and received similar email!

I asked her to cancel the order and return my money. I wanted to support small business but unless you can wait a month or more to get your order, you shouldn’t order anything from this website

I’m giving them 1 star because I couldn’t give 0. I placed an order for the first time on 8/26 and it still hasn’t shipped. I’ve asked for a full refund and cancellation of the order with n reply back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! I will never do business here again!!

BEWARE ! These people took my money and never sent my order or replied to emails. I'm not the only one this happened to. Please do your research guys. Hope this helps.

They were taking forever to ship my order that I wanted for a trip I was taking. I finally told them to just cancel it and refund my money. They only offered a credit. After that they refused to respond to future requests. I never got my order ory money. These people are lyers and scammers do do business with them

Initially I’d give ZERO stars. I’ve had to dispute the charges from my bank and show emails between me and this company because this place can’t deliver what was ordered. I spent almost $200 on two rings for my sisters and received one and not the other. I ordered these rings December 14th 2024... I received one of the two in March. It is now May 9th and I still haven’t recieved the second order. THIS IS FRAUD. Jacqueline sucks, the customer service sucks, time and delivery sucks, etc. I encourage everyone to get a lawyer or report them to the better business bureau like I have. Dispute charges as well. ALSO THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. THEY OFFER STORE CREDITS. Which is beyond me because they can’t deliver simple orders. My suggestion is to move along and spend your well earned money elsewhere.

This merchant is full of BS. Take forever to send items and once they finally send the item, it gets stolen and they too failed me. Paid again for ish that never received.
