Easy to deal with
I found that they dealt with my insurance policy very easy I had a difficult policy as it was an American 5th Wheeler but they had no issues providing me with cover . Thanks

Exceeded expectations
Both of the women I spoke to were just extremely friendly informative supportive and able to answer all my questions. As most people know ringing insurance companies can sometimes be a real pain and to be honest I told several of my friends after I got off the call, both calls actually, how positive my experience was and how much less painful it was than I was expecting

Windrsceen claim after the event.
on the 3rd August our windscreen cracked right across the screen. I rang KT Insurance later on when we got back to home & the response was very efficient & my claim was put in to your very helpful staff.
We received our refund on the 15th September . we are very happy with their processes & service.

We had to chase everything up including being paid in the end. Unclear ,poor communication . Person who dealt with us had very little understanding of what was going on. Very poor all round, left a bad feeling about the company!

Excellent personal service
Excellent personal service. I spoke with an Australian in Australia. This is very important for older folk who struggle with hearing and understanding foreign accents. Local knowledge is great! The process of lodging my claim, getting the repair done and arranging payment was very easy and professional.

I rang to enquire about claims process for a cracked windscreen. My claim was processed there and then; I was referred to KT Insurance's preferred repairer who arranged an appointment and the windscreen was replaced all within 24 hours.
