The customer service at the initial stage of the claim
The customer service at the initial stage of the claim is great but I would prefer the company to take responsibility and provide a list of repairers as it is too time consuming for me to find a repairer . We are not talking about a small vehicle so are limited and location area is vast.

Great communication and fast and easy to set up
Received an online quote which was very competitive. On speaking with staff they were very helpful in clarifying the cover which included additional cover as standard for several inclusions such as $2,000 for contents.

Easy to deal with
I found that they dealt with my insurance policy very easy I had a difficult policy as it was an American 5th Wheeler but they had no issues providing me with cover . Thanks

Exceeded expectations
Both of the women I spoke to were just extremely friendly informative supportive and able to answer all my questions. As most people know ringing insurance companies can sometimes be a real pain and to be honest I told several of my friends after I got off the call, both calls actually, how positive my experience was and how much less painful it was than I was expecting
