Love this my son age 5 loves it. he was able to use it first go. I will definitely be buying again.

I bought a bike for my sons birthday, paid for 1-2 days delivery didnt areive so they refunded me for transport charges. But then when it arrived the day before his birthday I went to collect the items as the delivery driver left on the front door took pics and by the looks of it forged my signature, I offered to send over my official signature that is on my driver's licence and they said the delivery company won't refund as it has a signature no matter how much arguing I have done with them over email and phone they won't listen and action the refund avoid using. In my personal opinion they dont care if it was stolen etc they even told me to go through my insurance etc. What a joke.

Kubbi bikes are brilliant, both our boys LOVE them. Epic starting place with dirt bikes. High quality and the battery life is very good. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Bought the K7 for my son (9) and a K22 for me (56). I was worried the K22 wouldn’t be big enough, but after selecting the higher bolt option for the rear shock it’s perfect. I wouldn’t want a bigger bike for my first time on a dirt bike. We have great fun riding side by side, real father son bonding. If anything I should have opted for the K10 for my son, he’ll outgrow the K7 soon I think. Quality is way higher than I expected.

Bought the K4 for my 4 year old and 6 year old and it instantly they love it.
Gave my 4 year old so much confidence so when he's not riding the dirt bike, he's pedaling his cycle bike. My 6yo thinks he's a pro! Will definitely consider the bigger bikes over the years.
Great customer service, had an unfortunate courier problem and the team at Kubbi were so helpful and easy to contact.
The bike and helmet is of amazing quality, sturdy and durable. It's already had a few falls and it hasn't had anything scrape or break. Very pleased.

Great experience with these guys, also bike was a good price for a high quality bit of kit. I'd definitely recommend this place and shop here again.

There was a bit of a mix up with the courier service delivering my bikes.
Was expecting two on the same delivery, but received one.
Contacted kubbi customer services and they was straight on it & ensured I got the other bike the very next day.

Fantastic to start to finish the team was brilliant with all my questions and the delivery was very fast and the bike is perfect really nice quality super fun really pleased with everything thanks ever so much I will use your severes again full 5 stars from me thanks again.

I accidentally ordered the wrong colour bike for granddaughter and immediately emailed to try to make correction. Within 10 minutes a reply said my request would be forwarded to appropriate person. Next morning, received email to say correct colour bike had been dispatched! Exemplary service from this company. Highly recommend. Cannot yet comment on bike as it’s still in box awaiting opening on 4th birthday in June.

Customer service was poor once they received payment very little contact. Was told I will be offered a delivery slot this didn't happen so I missed the delivery. Delivery took ages then asked for someone to contact me I am still waiting. Shocking service dont what the bike is like yet as its not come. Keep your money go else where.

Excellent product and price.
Instructions were a bit tricky but found a YouTube video which was great and easy to follow.
The bike is a great size and enough power and looks the part.
