Brilliant buy, my son loves it, he is on it everyday, deliver was quick too, didnt think it would arrive before his birthday, but the staff was helpful and it did arrive in time.

The bike is a lovely fit for my son and is reliable and clearly well built.

We bought our son’s electric bike from Kubbi for his 9th birthday and he absolutely LOVES it. He wants to go on it every day and quickly got the hang of riding it with confidence.

Delivery was quick — ordered on 30th April and it arrived by 11am on 5th May. It was also a bank holiday weekend after we ordered, so that’s really good going! It arrived really well packaged and protected, with care taken over how it was wrapped.

It was really easy to put together too — mainly just fitting the wheels and handlebars, so not complicated at all.

We also found it to be really good value for money compared to other brands, especially for the quality you get.

We’ve had so many compliments on the bike already. It looks great and feels really well made. We also purchased a helmet from Kubbi which fits well and is great quality too.

Even me and his dad have had a cheeky go on it! It’s been brilliant and definitely worth the money. Would highly recommend.

Amazing bikes! Solidly built and very minimal amount to put together yourself. Also one of the lowest priced around. Kids absolutely love them!

Just bought second Kubbi bike & very impressed with the quality! We had a faulty charger& was sent a new one return of post .My grandson has the K7 & my granddaughter has the K10. They love getting out on them,two very happy children.

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would, but unfortunately I have to give 1.

For over 3 weeks now, I’ve been going back and forth with this company regarding a faulty Kubbi K10 bike I purchased for my son. The bike arrived and after just 10 minutes of use, an E10 error flashed up on the screen.

After endless emails and chasing, they finally sent out a replacement part — only for it to be the completely wrong part for the bike. The only reason anything was even sent was because I took the matter to social media.

Since then, they have blocked me on all social media platforms instead of resolving the issue properly. Customer service has been absolutely shocking from start to finish. I have asked numerous times for a refund, but apparently their “company policy” means they won’t do anything until they inspect the bike themselves.

I explained I no longer have the original box, and I was told I need to somehow find a box myself to send it back. Then I’m expected to wait around 5 days for it to get to them, another 7–14 days for inspection, and potentially even longer after that. Altogether this could drag on for up to 8 weeks over a faulty bike that failed after 10 minutes.

The whole experience has been stressful, unprofessional, and handled terribly. Communication has been rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in customer care.

I would personally avoid this company at all costs.

Bought a K4 for my 5 year old & he loves it, only problem is I have to get one for his sister now!

The bike came really quickly and packed really well. My son is 4 and he flys on the bike he absolutely loves it! I would highly recommended

Got good reception and was told everything about the company from day one. Received order in good time and product was exactly as described so very pleased with the excellent service so far. Made to feel valued and my grandson really loves his new bike !
