kubbi 10 bike experience with 3 kids
I recently bought the kubbi 10 bike. Its a great wee electric bike for the kids to learn on.
Its advertised as suitable for ages 8-14. My 6yr old girl rides it, shes just on here tiptoes but manages ok.
Its probably the perfect size for my 8 yr old.
My 12 year old is probably too big for it in my opinion. He would need the next size up when i can afford it.
They all use it on the fastest setting.

I honestly thought our luck ran out whenever we were searching for the right bike for our son! Then we found Kubbi! We needed the bike asap as his birthday was coming up there response to emails were very quick and very friendly they made sure we got that bike on time!!!
He absolutely loves his new green kubbi bike he rides it everyday! Obsessed is not the word!! Thank you!! Will definitely be making another purchase is the near future !!!!

Missing parcel like many others Paid for a kids bike £285 received nothing
Paid for a kids bike £285
Parcel says it been delivered but it hasn’t
The delivery photo shows the box left outside in the street. We did not authorise the bike to be left anywhere and did not sign for it.
Why would an expensive item like this be left outside without permission.
Company refused to help
Can now se many other reviews with exactly the same problem.
Company has a duty to ensure the goods are delivered safely to the customer which they are not doing.
Even though it’s against consumer rights and a picture of a box outside does not count as successful delivery.
Have had to contact bank to file chargeback and will now be waiting months for a refund.
Be careful if you order from here, support is non existent didn’t even offer to investigate with the courier.
In response to the reply i have recieved.
The signature on the delivery is not my name or anyone in my household.
The delivery photo only shows the box outside the closed door in the street as I was not home at time of delivery.
This does not constitute as a safe completed delivery and my bank have also confirmed this fact.

We've gone back through everything on order #3308 before replying.
The bike was delivered. There's a delivery photo at your address, a signature on file, and DX (the courier) have confirmed delivery in writing — including speaking directly with the driver who made the drop. That's the full chain of evidence, and it was shared with you.
We understand the parcel isn't where you expected it to be, and that's frustrating. But on our side and on the courier's side, the delivery is documented and signed for, so we can't process this as a non-delivery.
We've noted the chargeback and will respond to your bank with the same proof of delivery.
If the parcel has gone missing after it was delivered and signed for, the right step is to check with anyone else at the address and report it to the police as theft of delivered goods.

Very good clear communication, delivery on time and the quality of the bike is excellent.
Bought fir my grandson as his cousins had one and he didn't. Bought the one for 6-10 year old. He is 7 and it is perfect. Has three speeds which he has mastered already he absolutely loves it. It is so well made and rhe battery life is brilliant

Does not do 32 miles lasts about an hour even after full charge , not that fast to be fair my son wants it faster , also age 7-10 is still too small for my 6 year old so Yh , I might sell them .

Hi Kerese, thanks so much for the feedback! Just one small point: The K7 is advertised as only having a range of 9.3 miles so not quite sure where you have seen the 32 miles but this is definitely not correct and something we have ever advertised it as having.

Pretty impressed
Pretty impressed, the slow setting (speed 1) was great to start with, and riding down the street. The moment we’re in the fields and tracks he puts in on the fast setting (speed 2). I was concerned about some of the reviews but it’s everything expected for a first bike, we can ride it for a good two hours+. Would advise in some good safety gear. Thanks Kubbi see you again in 4 years!

Kubbi K7 pro - highly recommended
We bought the Kubbi K7 pro for our son who is turning 5. He absolutely loves it. He could not wait to get to sleep tonight so that he could get back on it in the morning. It has 3 different speeds and is the perfect size for him. He has said that it is the best present he has ever had. The battery life is also fantastic. Highly recommended
