Absolutely fantastic bikes! Solid, safe builds that are quality. My boys are having a blast on these (K7 and K22). Service has also been fantastic, so feel safe to purchase again. Admittedly the stickers on the K22 are subpar and came peeling but stuck them back down, honestly not a big deal, we also had an issue with the screws not going on the handlebars for the breaks when building but found a couple in the other half's toolbox that did the job just fine.

Fast delivery, easy set up and a great quality little bike for my grand daughter.
Very pleased and will certainly buy the next size up when she's ready.

We purchase a bike with the promise of a helmet too. The bike was delivered without a helmet. I contacted the company and was told they were out of stock. I have to wait 3 months for the helmet. The helmet was advertised ‘in stock’ on the website.
Communication has been slow and poor. My son is so disappointed that he can’t use the bike for three months.
Also stickers on the bike were stuck upside down. Very disappointing after spend nearly £1,000!

Very disappointed with my experience with Kubbi.
The bike developed a charging fault when it was only around 5 months old. After contacting customer support, I was advised that the battery/BMS was "for sure" the issue. Following that advice, I purchased a replacement battery at my own expense, only to find the bike still has exactly the same fault.
I had already tried a replacement charger and multiple sockets before being told the battery was the cause. I am now left with a bike that does not charge, additional costs for parts that did not fix the problem, and no clear resolution.
What I find most frustrating is that the product is advertised with a 12-month warranty, yet a bike becoming unusable after only 5 months appears to leave the customer responsible for diagnosing and funding repairs. I expected far better reliability and customer support for a product of this age.
What I struggle to understand is what value the advertised 12-month warranty actually provides. If a bike develops a fault after only five months, does not charge, and the customer is left paying for replacement parts and diagnosing the issue themselves, then what is the warranty there for?
The replacement battery I was advised to buy has not fixed the problem, meaning I am still left with a non-working bike. It also raises the question of why I would purchase another Kubbi product if the same thing could happen again a few months later and I would simply be told to buy more parts. A warranty should provide confidence and support when something goes wrong, but unfortunately that has not been my experience.

Fantastic quality electric bike for my son. He is over the moon with it. Excellent battery life and build quality.

It is a great electric bike for a beginner my 12 years old boy loves it

A lot of variables regarding my order but after I reached out to the team at kubbi via their website my concerns were quickly dealt with. I spoke with a gentleman named Aidan who made me feel valued and took time to speak to me even after the company closing hours. He made sure to update me and reassured me everything was ok. Iv yet to receive my order but thats as I had unknowingly made a pre order so I am still waiting for the bike. I was previously unhappy due to unknown factors regarding my order. But Aidan made sure to get hold of me so I could be made aware of the relevant details. I place my order on the shop app and that app was missing some vital information which lead to my initial disappointment but I believe this no fault of kubbi and more to do with the shop app. The shop app notified me that the bike I wanted was in stock so I placed an order only to find out it wasn’t actually available. This mix up was down to shop app and not kubbi. Shop app gets 0 stars kubbi gets 5. Thanks Aidan 🤝

This bike is just awesome. This is exactly what I wanted for my 5 years old son. Not too small or Big. Not too fast or Slow.
It is sturdy yet lightweight.
My son was over the moon when he saw his bike standing in living room on hid B'day. He now goes to his nursery and rides it in safe enclosure and all the kids surround him to ask about the bike and some gets lucky to get a ride.

I highly recommend this bike.

We are more than satisfied with this electric motorbike! Honestly, we didn't expect it to have such a great acceleration and punch – it’s a blast to ride.

​What really sets this company apart, though, is their incredible customer service. They are so helpful and willing to go the extra mile. For example, a few stickers started peeling off a bit, and they delivered brand new ones the very next day!

​We also had a minor issue where the helmet I ordered was actually out of stock due to a system error. They immediately offered us a choice: either wait for the new stock or get a full refund for the helmet.

​My son absolutely loves the bike and cannot praise it enough. Hats off to the build quality too – it easily carries an adult without any issues, exactly as promised with the 120 kg weight limit. Highly recommended!

The Kubbi 4 was delivered within a few days I was given a delivery date as soon as I ordered it which was good. When it arrived I built it in about 20 mins it was simple and it seems quite sturdy and hard wearing. I bought it my son for his 3rd birthday and I was a bit concerned I might have to put it up till he was a bit older but we found a large open field and he took to it in no time and is now flying around on it in the high speed setting, now I just need to learn him how to use the brakes.
Happy with what I paid and with what I received.

I would say terrible customer service, but there is actually NO customer service.

You don’t answer the phone.
You don’t reply to voicemails.
You lie on your Shipping Policy.
You lie through your emails.

I am so disappointed and even worse when I tried to act upon my disappointment and cancel the order.. YOU STILL DONT REPLY.

Customer service a joke did not try to help at all

I give 3 stars because when I bought the kubik k 22 had the helmet in complete. But when k22 arrived I don't had nothing and when I ask about the problem company saw is it aout of stock. For my that answers is it not seriously.
