With delivery was a problem but this the end the quad was delivre thanks

Ordered kids quad weeks ago and still yet to receive this yet!

Fast delivery, my son absolutely loves his Quad bike and definately worth the money I paid for it. Customer service is good too.

Great customer service, easy site to navigate and purchase. Delivered on time, packaged really well, great bike. My son loves it. 😃

Amazing service start to finish. Quad arrived within 5/6 days from ordering. 1 wheel surround was broken, emailed the customer support and a replacement was delivered 2 days after. Easily assembled and well made. Kids love it only issue is they all want one now. Highly recommend.

AVOID.

Rudest, poorer customer service and communication and completely messed up order and leaves our son without a birthday present. Took 3 weeks for them to tell us no stock when we emailed 3 tines chasing and they assured us to relax it is coming.

Now been told mid August.

My experience with Kubbi has been an extremely positive one.
The purchasing process and delivery was quick and easy and a minor issue with the bike was sorted by Aodhan in customer services who could not have been more helpful.
The bike itself is absolutely brilliant!
Unfortunately I haven't been able to submit a photo yet as my grandson hasn't seen it yet.
The bike is a birthday surprise when he comes to us for the summer holidays on the 8th of August, and I know he is going to be thrilled beyond words

DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY !!! I bought my son a bike back in November 2025 for Xmas. My son used it for a month 2 max. Charger broke. Emailed company the customer service is absolutely shocking the way blank you for weeks at a time do not answer the phone. Finally recived charger then bike isnt working. I had to send god knows how many videos ect for them to diagnose the problem. They then said it was the controll thing inside the bike. Finally got one sent out had to get someone to take the bike to bits and fit the new control system. Worked for 20 mins then broke again. Asked for refund or replacement no joy. The then said they were collecting the bike after again sending loads of pics of the bike in a box with tape ect. For the company not to turn up. They Finally came and got the bike cos I opened a charge back claim. My sons Xmas present and he got a months use out of it. They then said they were going to fight the charge back claim and try to get the money back of me, had to be idiots about it couldn't just let it go so I could get my boy a new reliable bike. Today I won that money back and this company has had to pay up. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE !!
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DIABOLICAL! if anyone is having the same issues as me open a charge back claim and get your money back the bank will side with you ! Not these selling crap! This has went on for 6 month back and forth. Bike worked for 1 month maybe 6 weeks max !! DO NOT BUY!!!! DO NOT BUY !!!!!!

EDIT.. this company did not agree to the charge back claim and tried to challenge the claim with the bank so they are also lairs. They also emailed saying i wasnt getting the bike back and they were fighting the chrage back. So wanted bike and the money. fortunately I won and the bank seen through this company and obviously had a lot of evidence against them. They are now emailing me threating me with small claims court because ive made an honest review and they dont like it.
They DO NOT issue refunds they fob you of making you get parts of them and fix the bike yourself! You get a years warranty but only sort you out with parts when they Finally reply.. the will not refund you or exchange. i have mountains of proof. Do not be fooled i had to go through my bank and they tried to fight it but didnt win luckily. I now have the money back and I can get my son something reliable.. 6 month of absolute hell

Great bike, delivery was quick and easy to assemble. My son is really happy, it’s his first electric bike and it didn’t disappoint.

I bought the Kubbi K22 electric dirt bike for my daughter, who is around 1.50m tall, and it’s been a really great purchase overall.
The size is spot on for her — it feels well proportioned and comfortable to ride. This is not a toy, it is a proper machine, and it’s perfect for learning the basics of how to ride a dirt bike properly and getting used to something more real and capable.
The bike itself feels nicely built and solid, and you can tell it’s designed to handle proper off-road use rather than just being a toy.
It arrived extremely well packaged, which I really appreciated, and everything was protected properly with no damage at all. Delivery was also pretty quick, which made the whole experience even better.
I also managed to get a £100 discount from the website, which was a nice bonus and definitely helped make it feel like even better value for money.
Performance-wise, it is pretty fast — it’s rapid and will reach speeds of 30 mph plus. The acceleration is also pretty sharp and honestly quite addictive, especially for a child using an electric bike for the first time. When you open it up full speed off-road, it really comes alive and feels seriously quick.
Overall, we’re very happy with the bike. It’s fun, well built, and exactly what we were looking for. Big thanks to Kubbi for the fast delivery and good service.

Very quick delivery and the bike was extremely easy to assemble. It's an absolutely ace bike. my 3 year had been obsessed with his since getting it. Made up with it.

Delivery two days late, outer packaging destroyed was handed the remains of the cardboard box by the driver. Nuts and bolts missing. Front wheel brake calliper binding. Otherwise the Q3 quad is a little gem.

When needed the technical support helped me no end, there was nothing wrong with the quad.

I ordered this for my son before it was a pre-order, a week went by so i emailed for a update they told me it was still being packed, the following week they then told me that I pre-ordered when I clearly have the email saying my order is getting ready to be shipped, they took, more orders than they could fulfil and when the stock run out tried giving the this run around now they are saying its not going to be ready for 2 months

Excellent service all round and the quad arrived in particularly good time given our geographical of Shetland. Straightforward enough to assemble with the correct tools which were also provided.

Absolutely fantastic bikes! Solid, safe builds that are quality. My boys are having a blast on these (K7 and K22). Service has also been fantastic, so feel safe to purchase again. Admittedly the stickers on the K22 are subpar and came peeling but stuck them back down, honestly not a big deal, we also had an issue with the screws not going on the handlebars for the breaks when building but found a couple in the other half's toolbox that did the job just fine.
