My order was cancelled by seller without any information

They haven't delivered my order & the order is still in process and all the contacts are fake first they don't give cash on delivery and scam money

Very delay in order and also in refund … customer support is not reponsive either on instagrwm or number or whatsapp its a fraud company i will really suggest not to buy especially on cod

The worst of the worst experience, they never fulfill your order you place it they forget it , you keep trying to reach them they keep ignoring you, don't waste your time and money on them just order from other companies but never trust kwabey

I ordered 3 T-shirts for ₹999 from Kwabey. After placing the order, it was cancelled. What disappointed me the most was that my money was not refunded to my original payment method. Instead, the amount was credited to the website's wallet/vault, which effectively forces customers to shop again if they want to use their money.

I tried to contact customer support, but the contact numbers were not working, and I couldn't find any effective way to resolve the issue. As a customer, this was extremely frustrating. When a company cancels an order, I believe customers should have the choice of receiving a refund to their original payment method instead of being limited to store credit.

I'm sharing this based on my own experience. Until my refund is resolved, I will continue documenting my experience and updating others. I hope the company addresses this issue promptly and provides a fair resolution.
If you're considering ordering, I recommend reading recent customer reviews and understanding the refund policy before making a payment.

Kwabey is a fraud company show you great offer buy 3 tshirts at at 999 and cancel your order and add your money in there wallet then you have no choice and don't give you refund.

Not even worth 1 star should be negative.
I wish everyone register complaint against this company and shut it down completely. I registered my complaint on national consumer helpline. Everyone should do it.

Very disappointing experience. My prepaid order was cancelled, but the refund was credited to my Kwabey wallet instead of my original payment method without my consent.
Despite multiple emails and contacting customer support, my issue remains unresolved. I want my refund credited back to my original payment method, not as wallet balance.
Would not recommend this website until they improve their refund process.

Don't buy products

I have paid but I did not got my order

I ordered three days ago and have received no update on the status. If I have to wait for one or two more days, I will complain to cyber crime authorities and the consumer court, so that no one else purchases from this site.

They are big scamer in the social media platform, so please be alert don't even order from these brand or website, I got scammed from these guys so I'm giving awareness to all, they are number one (420) taking money from the online payment, once payment done they are vanished, fraud an they are useless to be indian

I ordered the product in March 2026, after 1.5 months they refund the amount in wallet and even after 5 months the refund status is still pending, I mailed them multiple times but they don't even bother to reply. These guys are running a scam. They don't deliver the product and refund the amount in wallet which never reflect in wallet.

I already ordered three T-shirts for thousand it’s been a week. I didn’t get any response, and every contact they given by them are wrong numbers and switch off. I think it’s a fake App. We already paid. Thousand rupees.

Fake website only delivery two tshirt that also third class and delivery after 30 day and first order cancel then not able to see again that product with same id but different id i am able to see it

Your "24 Hours Dispatch" claim is completely misleading.
I placed my first order around 15–20 days ago. Despite your promise, the order was neither processed nor dispatched, and I received no proper update. Instead of refunding the amount to my original payment method, you credited it to your store wallet without my consent.
Since the money was stuck in your wallet, I placed a second order using that balance. To my surprise, you repeated the exact same thing—you didn't process or dispatch the order, and eventually cancelled it as well.
This is an extremely disappointing experience and a complete waste of my time. I expect an immediate refund to my original payment method, not your store wallet. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter by filing a consumer complaint and sharing my experience publicly.
I expect a prompt response and resolution.
