Fake total fake they accept your order by showing a lot of range and variety meaning when at the first time I buy the t shirt I literally can see around 100 of t shirt when I did order and my order got cancel and then I again check the page I only found 10-15 t shirt and same I open in incognito it shows 100 again with same variety. They doing spam

Every time order is getting cancelled from their side and they are not giving back the amount to original payment method they give back the money to kwabey wallet and it cant be changed to bank account… And very good customer support @kwabey both the contact numbers are not reachable and no response for mail… better shutdown ur website and simply do nothing

This has been an extremely disappointing experience, and I genuinely believe this may be a scam. I placed an order for T-shirts and made the full payment in advance, but it has now been over a week and my order has still not been dispatched.

The company does not respond to emails, and their contact number is always unreachable. They have provided no updates or explanation regarding the delay. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable.

Since I have received no response despite multiple attempts to contact them, I have now filed a cyber complaint regarding this matter. I strongly advise others to be cautious before placing an order, especially if they are asked to make an advance payment.

I want to give them zero stars. This company is a complete fraud. I placed a prepaid order over two months ago. They cancelled my order without my consent and transferred the refund to their wallet instead of returning it to my original payment method.
I have sent multiple emails requesting a refund, but they have never responded. They also do not have any active customer support phone number. My money has been stuck for months, and I cannot even use the wallet balance because they don't have the T-shirt I wanted in my size (L).
This has been an extremely frustrating experience. I believe strict action should be taken against this company to protect other customers.

Very unprofessional process. I already paid for my order, but there has been no order confirmation, no invoice, no shipping update, and no tracking details. There is also no response from customer support, and the contact number is not working.

Customers deserve proper communication after making a payment. This has been a very disappointing experience.

I place an order 7 days back prepaid but there is no update. The website say 24 hour dispach but it’s a myth also the number for customer support are fake. Filling a consumer complain.

Order was cancelled by them and refund went to website wallet, not my bank. Now my User shows M/L/XL/XXL as "Out of Stock", but other accounts show all sizes available. No response to my email and the customer care number provided is not available. Requesting @[company handle] to fix the account issue and refund to my GPay or bank account

This is completely a fake website , scammer, Don’t get caught in their fake advertising. I argue every one to report their Instagram handle , file more and more consumer complaints against them , until they refund our money. I already registered the consumer complaint against them, and also report their Instagram account. Try to give review on their google too.

Never use this website .its totally a scam going on ..u can't reach their customer care as both of the contact no given are not working . They will not respond u in mail also . The order will not dispatched ..and will never delivered on time .
And if they return your money .they will refund it on their wallet not in your original bank account

You don't find single tshirt with size of M.

Hello , my (Order ID : 1202742) is called by the team and my pre-paid is transferred to wallet but it isn't working so I tried to contact through kwabey help no. But didn't get response nor they send email reply. So I'm hoping they reply my refund request. But this is literally scam.

Scam a total scam . This company thinks like our money is their father’s money . The worst experience, this company will never grow like this with a short time span of social media that boosted it up .

Beware of Kwabey – Very Disappointing Experience

I had a terrible experience with Kwabey. They require customers to pay for orders in advance, but even after waiting for more than a week, my order was never delivered.

Instead of refunding the amount to my original payment method, they credited it to the website wallet, forcing me to shop on their platform again.

To make matters worse, the three items I originally wanted to buy are no longer visible on my account, even though they are still visible to other users. This feels very unfair and misleading.

The customer support was also unhelpful, and I could not get a proper resolution.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend shopping from Kwabey. Please be cautious before making an advance payment.

Customer Service does not exist, my order got cancelled by them and it shows amount waiting to be refunded in wallet since 1 week. Phone Numbers don't work, email is not replied, Instagram is not replied. I can't even replace my order, my money is stuck !!

Fake 🤬 Fraud. No number is no working. No product dispatched from last 20days. Even his founder is also not replying. Bagish Malhotra his founder linkedin account request everyone to poke him to shut his business so no other will get in to this fraud.
