Complete waste of time I would avoid at all costs.

Ordered an item in the end of March this year shown in stock. Waited two weeks of hearing nothing so chased. Got a response the item had gone for QA testing. Why you would only QA an item at time of sale rather than production I have no idea.

Was told the item at their warehouse failed QA so an urgent restock would be done. Nothing heard for a following week. Chased again to be told it's coming. Another two weeks pass radio silence again l chase to be told the restock would arrive shortly and it would be dispatched quickly. I give a final ultimatum of 48 hours to dispatch and provide proof. I get a flurry of emails and what's app messages saying it's going to be dispatched and a tracking number will be provided within 24 hours. Awake this morning the next morning to an email sorry we checked he restock and it wasn't included. At least the refund was processed immediately. I cannot stress just how poor and how much of a waste of time this all was. I would avoid at all costs it is simpler to pay a bit more and get items locally. The main joke is you check their site and the item is still shown in stock.

They answered my questions fast, helped me to find what part I needed, and even hooked me up with a discount. Awesome people work at KYAirsoft

I see some negative comments here but honestly, my experience with KYairsoft has been absolutely fantastic! Ive bought quite a few airsoft guns and parts from them and I have had a couple of issues but they have been super helpful in getting them rectified for me. I absolutely recommend them and will be buying from them again in future. G- Northern Ireland

I’ve ordered from this airsoft store and had a great experience. They ship to Israel without any issues, and the customer service is very friendly and helpful. Prices are fair and affordable, and everything arrived safely and quickly. Will definitely order again!

Ordered two parts. After paying import tax i found out that they sent me only one part and it was the wrong one. Reached out to support, they said that they will sent other part in two months (four from the date i have ordered), because now they are out of stock. Asked for full refund, but they insist that they sent the correct part (even after i provided pictures comparing their part to the original), and provided me only a refund for one of the parts... Lost 20€ in total... Greatly dissapointed...

At first I had a lot of issues with Kyairsoft. My order was never sent, and when I asked for a refund they expressed that they couldnt give me a refund, seeing that it took 6 months for me to request it. This was due to them continuously wasting my time with empty promises, and false hope.

BUT.

The second I agreed to exchange the credit from my order to other items, everything went really fast. From the moment I had chosen my item, it took them about 1 and a half month to get it in my hands.
They covered everything from price difference to shipping cost. It was almost like i got in contact with the right person/people. The item showed up in very good condition, and they even gave me a discount code for the smallest amount of paint damage. It was so little that you would only really notice it when taking the item apart. 11 out of 10 well done.

ordered a butpad for my Colt AR a pad i found hard to come by for the C,A,R butstock, it came in and the product was made and fit much better than thought, was very happy with the product, will revisit when searching for Quality parts for my very expensive firearm.

This company is good. Fast. And very helpful. They help before and after shopping. There are times when they respond even at night. I am even thinking of buying some products from them instead of buying directly from my country. (The date part may not be exactly as desired. They have always been helpful for a long time, I wrote the date of the first products I received.)

I ordered a part from ky airsoft in November 2023, I am still waiting for it Jan 2025, they keep fobbing me off saying they will check stock, yet their website says the part is in stock, they want me to buy a full mp7 so they can send me 1 part I have already purchased, disgusting business

Great packaging answered well within an hour smooth so far and im hoping to buy from them again sometime.

I've had nothing but buttery smooth experience with KYA. I've been with them ever since I started playing.

Pros:
- Amazing customer support, respond within an hour.
- Super wide range of parts and products. Can't find a single WE Product they don't sell!
- Speedy Shipping with multiple affordable options. Even with the standard option, they still promise!
- Amazing international support. They even offer a weapon disassembly offer! This is super helpful.
- Easy to navigate site. Makes navigating through the endless pit of products they sell super easy.
- Super kind staff, honestly the best Airsoft retailer staff I've ever spoken to. So kind and knowledgeable.

Cons:
- None. This is a retailer in Hong Kong, for those who demand they respond 24/7, think twice. Not everyone stays up 24/7 just for you.

The list is endless for pro reasons, these guys genuinely are my favourite retailer for anything WE, I don't even mind paying that extra price for the shipping to get it from them.
I'm in the UK, shipping from Asia can be super expensive, but everything in KYAs' store is so affordable that shipping costs doesn't even matter anymore.

I will forever stay a loyal customer to KYA, these guys are a godsend.

Shittiest company I've ever dealt with. Worst customer support that cant address a single issue and does not respond to emails. Purchased product, never showed up, tracking number didn't work and company refuses to address the issue. After 7 months of sending them emails and asking for a refund they finally answered and offered me a promotional gift. When I inquired what the gift is they ghosted me again. Don't waste your time or your money on this site.
