Placed an Order for TWO items.
One arrived. One didn't.
eMailed and FB messaged them and have just been ignored.

Professional staff, very quick replies, excellent customer support.
I've been having issues with customs in my country and the customer support has been amazing to help out with all additional documents i needed.
Beside the customer support their pricing is very fair.

The only downside is the long shipping time but this is not the fault of the shop itself but shipping services.

Was a pleasure doing business with you.

Made 2 purchases, surprisely satisfied, never thought somewhere in hk can get the job done. I encourage yall buy from this merchandise holder.

KY is an honest exporter. They’re a small team with good connections to WE TECH to be able to get those hard to buy pieces to the US. While they are overwhelmed sometimes, they have always followed up with me to make sure my orders are right

I have been buying from this store for some good 5 years already. All of the small pieces one can think of. The staff is helpful with me. Parcels take usually 1 month to arrive and go through Customs hasslefree, even though I’m in Brazil. They have a huge stock selection of products from WE. An incredible partner to airsoft enthusiasts needing to keep their guns maintained.

I was surprised, very surprised, I received the best customer service in years for a page of airsoft, I Contacted them through WhatsApp and they specifically help me to choose the pieces that I need for my Scar GBB, I ended up with the original pieces in 9 days (I ordered from spain) other stores had 3 weeks of time gap for the arriving of products but this is really fast, post buy service was perfect too, I buy a kit and for the installation I received some help from them and everything ended up well! Thanks a lot.

Ordered a 999 long version but they sent the K one. I wanted to play nice and avoid headaches so I accepted it without telling them (that was my mistake I guess). To have the gun I wanted I bought a conversion kit instead so I could convert for different fields. The conversion kit they sent was the wrong one and I am now stuck with two times the same external parts. Moreover there was out of stock parts. It’s been almost two years they promised to refund and I never saw any sign of it. Every mail with customer service is the same, please wait for our refund department. I do not recommend having any business with those guys especially if there are multiple version of the airsoft gun you want to buy. I was ready to buy a lot of stuff on their site but lesson is learnt

I order a airsoft pistol from this company i paid 163.00 for it . When it got to me my surprize the pistol looked terrible the slide is not completely finished it has burn marks on it and looks nothing like the pic that is shown.pisss off. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE CROOKS.

I live in Sweden and ordered a lot of parts that all said "in stock". When the order arrived, 4 products (66 USD in value) was missing. In the box there was a paper saying these parts was on backorder. The only reason I ordered these parts was BECAUSE they said "in stock". Would I have known that these parts were, in fact, not in stock, I would have ordered them from within Europe instead.

After about a month of not hearing anything from KY about the order, I contacted them and said I wanted to cancel it. They said it was no problem, and wondered if I wanted to get a store credit or some other products instead of my money back. I said I just wanted to get my money back for the parts I never got.

They asked me to confirm the order number and which parts it was I wanted to get refunded.

I confirmed the order number and the parts.

They now say that these parts was put on a priority order from their supplier and I only have 7 days to confirm if I wanted to cancel the order. They ask me if I want to cancel the restock and get a refund for the parts they never shipped.

I answer them again, the same day, that; YES, I want to cancel the order and get a refund for the parts.

They respond with; Sorry, we can't cancel the order because we see that it was over 7 days ago since you placed the order.

Like WHAT?!? Of course it's been more than 7 days since I placed the order, that's the whole point of why I'm canceling the order! Like, even the first mail I sent to them asking them about where the missing parts were, was 28 days after the order was placed, so how on earth would it be possible to cancel a restock order if you doesn't even know the parts are on back order? The site clearly said all parts were in stock when i placed the order. This made up policy is made only to be able to scam people.

I write a long mail to them explaining the whole situation, and they now ask me if I want the errand to be sent to their economy department for a refund for the parts and cancellation of the order. I answer them; Yes, I would like that.

Great! Finally! (I thought)

They ask me to confirm the parts, order number and amount of USD again.

I do, but never hear anything from them for weeks.

I contact them again and ask them; what's happening? They respond with that they don't know and that they will look in to this and see what's happened. I don't hear anything more from them, and no money is sent back to me.

I contact them again, and they now answer that they WILL send me money back. They say it should take 2 days before I can see them on my account.

I never get any money, and I don't hear anything from them for weeks. I contact them again and ask what's happening. This time I don't get any response at all.

I contact them again after a couple of months and explain the whole situation for them from the beginning to end, and that I just want my 66 USD back.

They answer with: Can you just confirm your order number, and we'll double check it.

I confirm the order number, and never hear from them again. No money was refunded.

The order was placed 2023-06-23. The first email I sent to them was sent 2023-07-25.

Today is 2024-02-12, I have now in total sent them 24 emails about this errand. I've still not gotten any of my money back. This is straight up THEFT.

Stay away from these crooks!

I live in the UK, I ordered quite a long list of parts for my WE SCAR L GBB, all items received, good quality, I got it posted by UPS and had no snags with it, it came in a week. Would recommend.

Kyairsoft is a fraud company that steals money.

I ordered a rail for my airsoft rifle from them, within the time window stated from the company on their website, I decided to cancel the order in favour of another rail.

I emailed them several times, got confirmation my order was cancelled and I would be refunded. I have not received a single penny from them, and they refuse to answer my inquiries. At this point, it is down right theft. DO NOT order anything from this company, they will scam you.

I ordered M92 Sword Cutlass through their website. replica arrived to me defective and not working. The sales department completely ignored the matter. I regret the purchase, I will definitely not shop there again and I will wholeheartedly discourage my friends and everyone I talk to from shopping there.
My advice to everyone is to ignore this store, don't buy anything here and stay away from it. Better buy something from a proven store.

Kyairsoft was the first online airsoft shopping site I visited the first time buying outside of Canada. I was attracted by their effordable prices and they've been my go to since.

They've been providing wonderful customer service with fast delivery processes for my shipments into Canada everytime.

When my shipment got seized from customs they arrange a replacement for free and I received it within a week.

I've read other reviews here stating that they're a scam and I simply disagree and find it untruthful as such occurrences have not happened to me thru my 3 separate purchases.

Hope this helps anyone in doubt.

I regularly do business with KYairsoft from the other side of the world (Australia) and have always received exemplary customer service. They have always gone above and beyond to make sure that I as a customer am happy and that my customers are also happy :)

Update: The PayPal case was resolved and got my money back. On top of that folks at KyAirsoft fixed my magazine and sent it back for free. Updating the review to 4 stars.

Recently bought a MP5K PDW and with original 45-round magazine. The magazine started leaking right after firing 30-40 BBs due to damage to the release valve shaft. I went ahead and order the release valve in order to fix the issue. Fast forward, multiple release valves also failed with exact same problem. I reached out to KY airsoft with a request to replace the 45-round magazine. I provided all the video and pictures to show the malfunctioning of the magazine but they wont comply. Anyway, I decided to file a claim with PayPal and urge others to do the same. Consumers shouldn't pay for their low quality product and bad quality control process.

A trustworthy shop with good communication and most of the time fair prices although they have risen in the past 3 years. Shipping price is fair and is going pretty fast.

I bought a WE MSK almost two years ago (July 2021) and when I received it, it was shipped with the wrong buttstock.
I notified customer service and they told me I would receive a replacement stock within 1-3 months.
As of May 2023, I still haven't received my replacement stock. We've been exchanging emails until late 2022, after that my emails were left unanswered.

In the emails, I was told that:
- covid was slowing things down
- "hey maybe next month !"
- they could not just pick a replacement stock from their stock, they had to wait for the factory to produce the replacement part

The internal parts broke in no time too, but I knew it wouldn't be great before buying so I don't really blame them, but their customer service is a scam. Don't buy anything from them, you'll be scammed if your order has a problem.

UPDATE (september 2023): They reached out to me to confirm my address because my replacement part was received from the factory. I have yet to receive it, but if I do, I'll update this review and adjust its rating.

2ND UPDATE (september 2023): I received the replacement part in perfect condition and it was super quick. I'm adjusting the rating from 1 to 3.

It has taken one year and counting to receive all my items from one order. They keep stringing me along saying they will ship it out in a few weeks. I got some of the items in a month, another 8 months later, and this last one I haven't received yet after one year. Although they are not a scam company, they certainly operate like one.
They do have customer service, surprisingly, but responses can take a few weeks if they even respond.
I really regret ordering from them. I can't play airsoft until I get this part for my gun.
