Update: The PayPal case was resolved and got my money back. On top of that folks at KyAirsoft fixed my magazine and sent it back for free. Updating the review to 4 stars.

Recently bought a MP5K PDW and with original 45-round magazine. The magazine started leaking right after firing 30-40 BBs due to damage to the release valve shaft. I went ahead and order the release valve in order to fix the issue. Fast forward, multiple release valves also failed with exact same problem. I reached out to KY airsoft with a request to replace the 45-round magazine. I provided all the video and pictures to show the malfunctioning of the magazine but they wont comply. Anyway, I decided to file a claim with PayPal and urge others to do the same. Consumers shouldn't pay for their low quality product and bad quality control process.

A trustworthy shop with good communication and most of the time fair prices although they have risen in the past 3 years. Shipping price is fair and is going pretty fast.

I bought a WE MSK almost two years ago (July 2021) and when I received it, it was shipped with the wrong buttstock.
I notified customer service and they told me I would receive a replacement stock within 1-3 months.
As of May 2023, I still haven't received my replacement stock. We've been exchanging emails until late 2022, after that my emails were left unanswered.

In the emails, I was told that:
- covid was slowing things down
- "hey maybe next month !"
- they could not just pick a replacement stock from their stock, they had to wait for the factory to produce the replacement part

The internal parts broke in no time too, but I knew it wouldn't be great before buying so I don't really blame them, but their customer service is a scam. Don't buy anything from them, you'll be scammed if your order has a problem.

UPDATE (september 2023): They reached out to me to confirm my address because my replacement part was received from the factory. I have yet to receive it, but if I do, I'll update this review and adjust its rating.

2ND UPDATE (september 2023): I received the replacement part in perfect condition and it was super quick. I'm adjusting the rating from 1 to 3.

It has taken one year and counting to receive all my items from one order. They keep stringing me along saying they will ship it out in a few weeks. I got some of the items in a month, another 8 months later, and this last one I haven't received yet after one year. Although they are not a scam company, they certainly operate like one.
They do have customer service, surprisingly, but responses can take a few weeks if they even respond.
I really regret ordering from them. I can't play airsoft until I get this part for my gun.

The team at Kyairsoft are great, they always reply to my emails and help me with any questions I have with products I've bought from them, even if I did so months ago. Shipping takes a while but this can be expected as they have to send stuff internationally, but it's completely worth it for the price!
I've purchased all of my airsoft supplies from Kyairsoft, other than the gear I wear (helmets, plate carriers etc), and all of their products are always great quality as expected, nice, heavy metal gear :)

If you're looking for a new airsoft gun, I would look no further than Kyairsoft :)

Ive ordered from kyairsoft multiple times. all experiences have been somewhat positive. my last experience was the final straw. I ordered a WE Apache from them. took 5 months to ship then got held up in customs. customs seized it because the orange tip was not attached during shipment (a no brainer for retailers that ship to the US). ky was of no help and kept telling me not to worry because they had a 100% delivery reputation and that they "had my back till my products were received" (which I knew was bull). several more months went by and then they completely ghosted me. won't respond to my emails or messages.

I understand customs is customs and there is always a risk when importing replica guns from overseas. but they lead me on for so long that payapal couldn't do anything and they continuously lied to me regarding the status of my order and the customs process.

Normally Id accept the risk and write it off, but the entire reason customs seized it was due to a BIG shipping error. in that scenario id expect ky to take responsibility. to make it a bit worse just before they ghosted me they told me they were going to ship me a replacement.

can't describe how disappointed I am with they're services this coming from a customer thats spent thousands of dollars with them. can't image a business like this lasting too much longer with these practices.

I purchased a we-tech L85 A2 from kyairsoft. It took three months to get here and when it did the sight and flash supressor were broken. When I went to shoot it it immediately started falling apart. A pin fell out of the guide rods block that's supposed to be pressed in and the rear takedown pin that goes through the guide rod block bent around 25°. It never shot 1 bb they'd role down the barrel or fall out in pieces.. 500$ compete pile of junk and ky or we-tech will do nothing about it. Both of them are pile of sh$&! Company's and I'd avoid them unless you want a lemon right out of the box that will do nothing but pi$$ you off, waist your time, and cost you massive amounts of money, if that's your thing than go for it..
