I ordered this product and it arrived on time. That is as good as it got! The product did not work as advertised. The goods were of assorted colours and sizes despite having the same size label. The product was useless so I sent it back at my own cost with the company promise that I would be reimbursed upon receipt. This did not happen and I have now been told to use the credit card charge back system! This business is untrustworthy and their product is shonky! Do not buy anything from them!!!

I have not received my order from Ladydry after three weeks and have requested a refund. - they now tell me that their system is down and to file a chargeback - I have never been so frustrated, and I have to admit that this company are certainly not worth dealing with. I ordered through a Facebook ad - which I should have known was not the best way to order something and was advised the order would be with me within five days - not likely - I still haven't received the order, and I am not sure if I will ever get my money back - don't order from them is my opinion not even worth one star - such a pity we couldn't add no stars

I've been trying to get a refund on my purchase. I returned the pants as they were a dreadful fit. They were sent tithe address provided by them but Royal Mail couldn't find the address. The package is goodness knows where. All I want is a refund but their delay tactics put you outside being able to get any help.

My order lost in transit. Supposed to sending another order but not received anything. Ordered early September.

Es wurde ein Umtausch von 30 Tagen nach Erhalt "angepriesen". Innerhalb der Frist wurde reagiert... eine erste Antwort kam verzögert und eine erneute Antwort blieb aus. Danach kam auf erneute Anfrage die Antwort, dass die 30tägige Frist abgelaufen sei und damit der Vorgang erledigt sri.

Ansolut nicht empfehlenswert!!!

Appalling! I got fooled into ordering these from a Facebook ad, believing it was a UK company. No wrong! They came from China and took 3 weeks to arrive. Basically they are too small, don't protect you from leakage as they promise and are cheaply made. Total waste of money! I have since gone back onto Facebook, found the ad was still there so I have reported the ad by clicking on the 3 dots to the right of the ad. And chose "False Information". Only hoping that if more people report the ad, they will remove it to stop other people from wasting their hard earned cash.

This company is terrible. I wish I checked the reviews before ordering from them. They don't even deserve one star. Someone sent me money to buy some item and ship them to her abroad. Unfortunately, I used that money to order from this rogue company and the items have never arrived. I filled a contact form on their website inquiring about the order and they didn't reply. They don't acknowledge receipt of payment or send you tracking on any information. This must be a scam. I have sent a complaint to PayPal and waiting for a resolution. Stay away from this company at all cost.

Its about time they behaved as they say they will. Both sizes ( one after the other) were too small. Have req a return but will have to gve them a fair shot at replying and to return my cash.

This is the worst company I have ever done business with ! They are dishonest and terrible to deal with They take your money and no product ! They are SCAMMERS! Keep your money!!!!!

If i could give this company less than 1 star I would. I paid immediately, despite what they claimed I know I put my phone number in, although they claimed I didn’t.
That email conversation dragged on for at least a week, I wasn’t divulging my number to a random person via email.
Eventually I told her to cancel the order. They claimed they couldn’t as the goods had been despatched. I have waited patiently for my order to arrive. Today an email arrived telling me to provide my phone number. An hour later another email arrived informing me my order has been cancelled. No opportunity reply as I was working.
I can see I’m going to have trouble getting my money.
But with today’s email it proved that they lied.
Don’t buy from this company.

Not a great product. Don’t do what they say. Waste of money

THE PRODUCTS ARRIVED BUT THE SIZING WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING _ despite checking on sizes and ordering the supposedly correct size the product was way too small. only had to unwrap 1 pair to see how small they were. Trying to get Returns information is also very difficult - don't seem to want to know. Wish I'd read reviews before ordering - just want my money back now.

Please be very aware of this company keep your hard earned money I ordered products in February 2024 still have not received them but money was taken from my bank straight away !!
Despite several attempts to contact the company and the delivery company from which tracker no they provided did not exist this is the reply I received this morning !!!
The address of your order is incorrect (the street information or house number is incorrect). The delivery provider tried delivery 3 times and was unable to contact you.
Therefore, the package was returned to the logistics provider's overseas warehouse for centralized destruction.
For orders where the package is destroyed due to customer reasons, compensation and free reissue cannot be made.
I never received any call from delivery driver and the day in question that they say he tried to contact me was a sunday and i was at home all day

The first pair of panties didn't stay dry nor leakproof. I wore them for 2 hours and they were soaking wet. Where they leak is in the upper right side of my leg. I think the leg opening is too loose. I cleaned up and put another one. This one also leaked out the right side. I managed to get some sleep last night. I bought these to help my incontinence problem, not give me any more embarrassing moments nor would I have to wear bulky. Pad or diaper. I love the feel of these, and that the core goes up the waist front and back. Please help me.

Took over a month to get here wauldnt order again from them

order has been 4 weeks still no order...I feel I have been skamed call my card to stop after reading other has not received order either...I now wish never order ...

6 Wochen Lieferzeit, falsche Größen, teilweise unverpackt, keine Etiketten, diese sind abgeschnitten und vernäht, zwei Sendungen bestellt, beide wurden nach mehreren Mahnungen wohl zusammen geschmissen und beide sind unvollständig. Für die kleinere Sendung kam ohne Rücksprache der halbe Preis zurück obwohl mir da auf meine 3. Anfrage nach 5 Wochen geantwortet wurde, ICH solle beweisen, dass die Sendung nicht ! kam. Sie hätten also für Nichtlieferung 50 % einbehalten. Für die umfangreichere Sendung wurde noch gar nichts zurück überwiesen aber ich habe schon xxxx vertröstende Antworten. Beide zusammengewürfelten Lieferungen kann ich aufgrund falscher Größen nicht verwenden, aufgrund teuren Rückversandes, der lt. AGB "nur nach Rücksprache" aber ohne Hinweis auf Kosten des Käufers nach GB zu senden sei. Ich würde niemals vertrauen, dass dann das Geld 100% kommt. Erwarte nun noch mehr als 50 Euro und habe pro Stück immer noch weit mehr gezahlt als hier im Geschäft qualitätsmäßig verglichen. Finger weg von diesem Unternehmen. Ein Mitarbeiter sichert Rückzahlung zu, der nächste fragt, was man eigentlich möchte, abgesehen davon dass täglich Werbung versandt wird. Letztlich passen die pants nicht der betroffenen Person da falsche Größe geliefert wurde und nur 50% der bestellten Menge. Der Kundenservice arbeitet liederlich und nicht hilfreich. Einfach 50 % für nicht gelieferte bzw. vollkommen falsch gelieferte Ware zu berchnen und diese nicht auf eigene Kosten zurückzunehmen ist nicht nur eine Frechheit - ich nenne es Betrug.

I've had the same experience as many of these reviewers. Ordered from Facebook, thinking it was a UK company, then discovered when I'd paid £40 for 5 pairs, special offer 🤔, they were coming from US I think. Didn't arrive for ages. Difficult to contact. No tracking. Was told they'd resend. I eventually received them
after 6 weeks. I'm a UK size 14. I ordered XL according to their size chart. Far too small. Very brief. Cut into my hips and middle of my tummy. Couldn't bear the hassle of trying to send them back. They do work dribble wise though, but only wear them in bed. 😢

If there was a 0 star I would have used that. 6 weeks of waiting for my order and still nothing. I have emailed them 4 times and got one reply in which they said they had resent the order. NOT.
I wish I had read this first.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Facebook should be held accountable for allowing fraudulent companies to use them to sell products.

Order did eventually arrive. Poor quality. Size large wouldn't fit a size 8. Useless. Binned.
