Impossible to contact them for exchange. Response keeps telling me my email is invalid. Not so. Us that email all the time. I think this is a scam. Do not order from them! I ordered 10 panties on March 16,2024. Cannot get them to respond.

Placed an order 3 weeks ago. money was taken immediately but never received a confirmation email nor any goods. I wrote to them twice but never received a reply. I have reported the company which is now being investigated.

No comment. Still waiting for delivery. Very slow and no feedback.

There was no zero rating.
With all the complaints I've seen about this company and their products I cannot understand why Facebook and Instagam allow them to advertise on their websites. I too have nor received almost $250 of their prodoct. Totally agree with most of the comments already posted about their method of operating.

Package never came and they didn’t answer my emails.

Product never arrived despite several messages to say the package was here. Cannot contact the company. Any emails sent are unanswered. Do not use this company!!

checked with post office in south hobart no parcel was delivered to my address between jan.and feb 99 dollars is a lot to lose for a pensioner, will not shop from usa again. b.oakes

Sizing - sent XL rather than M but these far too small for my size 12. No protection from leaks at all. Not fit for purpose. Do not waste your money.

I’ve waited 19 days for my order. The tracking number/ information is useless. I had an email from Lady Dry today asking me to review my order…… I would if I ever receive it. Also tried to get updates on tracking, it came up as my order being in CHINA??
I’ve also tried to find a company address…. There isn’t one. NOT HAPPY

I recently purchased 5 pairs of Ladydry panties. I would like to return them but obviously I had to try them out first. They are NOT leakproof and I am extremely disappointed. It seems you cannot write a review on their website and the conditions for return are impossible to meet.

Don’t buy. The lining is not absorbent, so the crotch soon becomes wet whether you leak or not, and they smell.

bought the pants for Christmas and have still not received them cant get in contact my advise is don't give them your money you wont receive the pants.

They are a con they take your money for goods and you do not receive them I bought 103 ponds worth of the ladydry product and they took my money and never delivered they are a dissolved company so don’t give them any thing

Simply they don't work unless you put a pad in them which defeats the object.

I also thought they were in the UK, but they have given me a return address in the States so heaven knows what the postage costs.

Bought these panties for Xmas and so pleased with them. What an amazing idea. Wore it at night to sleep and woke up with NO LEAKAGE! Used to spend a ton of disposable pads but I can keep washing and reusing. No night leaks, woke up dry.

Recommend the dry & discrete underwear but wish they let you choose the colors more
