Ladyhaye International Pet Travel Ltd Reviews

Amazing service from start to finish!! Bex was there every step of the way, was always a phone call away and more than happy to help.

Thank you Ladyhaye! Kelly from Ladyhaye was an absolute star! She made a very stressful situation completely stress free and kept me updated throughout Charlie’s journey! Would highly recommend Ladyhaye to anyone.

Thanks to Lady Haye and superstar Bex my dog Lucky safely arrived in Australia. Lady Haye is a professional company that will guide you through the whole process of moving your dog. It is a long and a bit complicated process and there is a lot of stress associated with it. Thanks to Bex who is very professional in her actions everything went as it should. Australia is very strict about documentation and vaccinations and Bex took care of every detail and I could always count on her even after working hours, a very kind and dedicated person. Thank you very much again :)

Bex at Ladyhaye was amazing throughout the whole process. She made it as stress free as possible and answered all of my questions. Lupin arrived in Australia safely and completed his 30 days in quarantine without any issues. Bex also then arranged for onward transport to Perth via Departure Pets. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ladyhaye to anyone.

I cannot thank Bex enough for all the incredible support she provided during our pet relocation from the UK to Australia. From the very beginning, Bex made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail were evident in every step. She took the time to answer all my questions, explained the paperwork and procedures clearly, and ensured our pets were in the best hands.

What stood out most was how she alleviated the stress I initially felt. Moving our pets internationally seemed like a daunting task, but Bex's reassurance and thorough guidance made everything so much easier. She handled every detail with such care, from the logistics to the final delivery, making sure our pets were comfortable and safe.

Thanks to Bex, what could have been a stressful ordeal turned into a seamless transition. I highly recommend Ladyhaye Business and Bex for anyone looking to relocate their pets internationally. She truly went above and beyond!"

We've entrusted many pet travel companies with our two pups' international journeys across the US and Europe, and Ladyhaye, led by Bex, stands out as the best. From the initial inquiry to the final departure from UK to NZ, their service was consistently fantastic. They were incredibly responsive and thoughtful, always providing clear and helpful answers. When a last-minute change in testing requirements threatened to derail our plans, Bex acted swiftly, offering multiple options and detailed explanations. Their proactive approach and genuine care made us feel completely secure. For reliable, stress-free pet travel, we wholeheartedly recommend Ladyhaye

I am pretty useless when it comes to organising - so thank goodness for ladyhaye! Bex was incredibly patient with me, through my anxiety and the general stress of moving our little snub nose across the world.

5 stars 🌟 for Bex at Ladyhaye. Nothing short of amazing. What wonderful service and support through quite a stressful process (no fault of Bex or Ladyhaye). Bex exceeded every expectation each step of the way. She was professional but So reassuring. Please do not hesitate to use Ladyhaye for the process of getting your family pets abroad. I will miss the emails and contact with Bex. She’s been absolutely wonderful.

Kelly at Ladyhaye pet travel has been amazing with all her hard work getting my dog over to Perth Australia from the uk, the whole process has been incredibly smooth from start to finish. I can highly recommend this company for all your pet travels. Thankyou so much Kelly 😊

Ladyhaye were amazing from start to finish in getting our 2 dogs from the UK to Australia. Bex is so knowledgeable in what is a very complex process. She guides you every step of the way. If you are thinking of importing your fur family I can’t recommend these guys enough!

Well it’s absolutely 5 star, an amazing organisation, polite, efficient, helpful, curtious answered all my queries by return email, just couldn’t have been any more helpful.

Bex looked after everything in organising our dogs move to Australia from Glasgow!
She was always on hand to answer any question, no matter how silly! And she also made the arrangements for his ongoing flight from Melbourne to Perth!
I couldn’t have done it alone, well worth the cost (which I felt was very reasonable)
Thanks Bex 😊

Ladyhaye were amazing.
When I was bringing my final family member, Alfie, to the UK I was recommended this company by my agents in Thailand. Ali who was my contact at the company was amazing and she kept me informed every step of the way. When my dog arrived at London customs (who are also amazing) Ali gave me prompt updates on the status and sent me all the information I needed to collect him.
If you are bringing your pet into the UK I can't recommend them enough. They have a true love for reuniting animals with their owners.

Bex has been absolutely amazing with getting our dog to Australia!!! She’s always got back to me so quickly, answered all of my stupid questions that I asked a million times, sorted our dogs onward travel from Melbourne to Perth and so much more!!! She made a difficult and complicated process so much easier. Would highly recommend!!

Ladyhaye have been instrumental in getting my dogs to Australia. Nigel and his staff were absolutely sot on with their advice and instruction. Never a hassle no matter what was asked of them. I would recommend them 100x over

I can highly recommend Bex at LadyHaye for pet transportation. We used her services to fly our dog from U.K. to Australia. At every step Bex was at the end of my emails or calls. She totally put my mind at ease with her prompt and professional responses. She seems to really care and our dog is now happy in sunny Australia. Thank you Bex :)
