From start to finish Kelly was reassuring and knew everything I needed to do on what dates.
Safe to say I was a bit of a lunatic when it came to shipping our family dog over to Australia, it kept me up at night and I was calling Kelly over random things. The cost, the length of time it takes,the vet appointments, it felt like one thing after another but honestly we are so grateful that we have been able to bring our girl over as she is thriving now.
From start to finish Kelly was organised, professional and knowledgeable.

Kelly was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and made sure everything went as smooth as possible! We definitely could not have done it without her! Thank you so much! You were able to talk us through every step and now we have our cats back in time for Christmas!

I used Ladyhaye after enquiring with various Travel Pet Specialists, in order to get my dog from the UK to Australia and they were exceptional throughout. We had Bex as our advisor and for what is an extremely complicated and long process, she made it stress free. The communication was exemplary through and each step was explained and any questions (of which I had lots) were answered quickly and happily. We’re very happy with the whole experience and would highly recommend Ladyhaye!

Thank you so much!! This is the second time I have used Ladyhaye for pet transport assistance. For this trip from England to USA, I worked with Kelly. She provided me with a list of forms / items I needed to address and she was available for all my questions and concerns. Kelly went on holiday the week before my trip and Ali was available for the issue that developed. When when my regular vets office would not give my cat a fit to fly certificate (without an exam or meeting my cat), Ali got me in touch with a vet to help. My cat did great, honestly maybe better than me. And day of travel went very smooth, from drop off at Heathrow, to pickup in Chicago. I think the prices charged were very reasonable for the high quality services.

Kelly from ladyhaye helped me move my cat from the UK to Australia and I literally couldn’t be more grateful to how easy she made the process. I was super stressed and had no idea where to start. Kelly guided me through everything start to finish and answered all my questions straight away. Definitely recommend ladyhaye to anyone starting this process!

Throughout the process our agent Kelly was really supportive and offered excellent, clear and quick responses. She went above and beyond to help during the final weeks of Percy’s departure to Australia as I had already moved over and left the hardest part of the process to my partner. Kelly’s communication was brilliant and we couldn’t have been happier. She kept us both up to date despite the huge time difference and double up of emails!

When we picked Percy up in Perth after all the quarantining and flying, it was lovely to receive an email from Kelly checking in on us and Percy. We had a scary experience on the departure of his first flight due to the issues in the Middle East and Kelly ensured Qatar Airways got in touch with us to update on Percy’s stay in Doha. This was really thoughtful too and just shows the quality of Service not only Kelly offered but Ladyhaye as a whole.

We are very happy with the service we received and would highly recommend Ladyhaye to anyone who is thinking of the process. Although the cost may seem a lot at first, you really do get your moneys worth and it’s comforting knowing your beloved pet is in good hands and thought of so highly!

When speaking with other people picking up their pets at the airport, it seems they didn’t have anywhere near the positive experience with their other providers as we did with Ladyhaye!

As per other reviews, Bex and the Ladyhaye team have been incredible supporting our Yana's move from Manchester to Sydney. Every step of the way, we have felt that we have had a friend supporting us along the way. Moving your beloved pet is one of the hardest things you can go through but it is was made 1000% easier with Ladyhaye. Thanks so much.

Having to ship your beloved animal to Australia is extremely stressful and costly. I considered trying to do it all myself to save money and released quickly that the stress is not worth it and the support Bex offered even before signing on was amazing (to note, other companies refused even explaining the process without a deposit).
Bex was there every step of the way, clearly outlining what was needed, when, how and by who (there is a lot to cover). She was happy to liaise directly with our vet when needed & knew how to handle our nervous/not good with men dog. I am so glad and thankful for going with LadyHaye. Yes, you pay them to help you send your dog to Aus but their support is above and beyond this! 10/10 recommend.

Kelly and the team at Ladyhaye were amazing from start to finish, Guided me through the whole process of transporting my 3 cats from the UK to Thailand, They were very relaxed when they arrived at our hotel,This is a first class company, very helpful in answering any questions and guided me through the whole process

Kelly was excellent in every step of the way. I was nervous about sending my dog to Cyprus. However the great service, clear and organised way she help me was amazing. Delivering the dog to the airport, I was met with another very helpful person. All through this process ladyhaye we're exceptional.

Bex at ladyhaye has been absolutely amazing in supporting our move from UK to Sydney! This was a very tough move for us emotionally and putting our dog Doby through the travel and then quarantine thereafter but Bex provided us timely updates and was always on standby with supportive words and actions that helped us immensely! We cannot recommend Bex enough!

We used Ladyhaye to transport our dog Byron from Scotland to Australia in June this year and I cannot recommend this company enough!
We were lucky to be dealing with the lovely Bex and there's no way I could have done this process without her. Bex was always very clear and concise with the information and always responded super quickly to my hundreds of annoying questions. She is incredibly friendly and kind and never made me feel like I was bothering her, even though I probably was!
It was such a stressful move and having dealt with other suppliers such as estate agents, shipping companies etc (who were all honestly quite dreadful) it was always a pleasure receiving an email from Bex, her customer service and dedication are second to none! The rules for importing to Australia are insane and so complicated but Bex made the entire process so clear and smooth and without her I know we would all still be in Scotland trying to figure it out!

We have recently relocated with our 4 year old golden retriever Ella to Australia, from the UK.
Every part of the process was made so much easier and less stressful with Bex from Ladyhaye helping us out.

We were given clear guidance about what needed to be achieved before the flight. Bex responded incredibly promptly to emails and provided us with reassurance throughout the process.

Our dog flew from Manchester and the woman who met us to collect Ella was very friendly.
Communication whilst Ella was flying was excellent, we were kept updated on flight delays.
Overall an incredibly positive experience and we are so glad that we chose to use Ladyhaye.

Ladyhaye provided a very knowledgeable and reassuring service transporting our 3 domestic cats from the UK to South Korea. They guided us through the paperwork and pre-trip preparation required very carefully and matched us with an excellent agent in Seoul who sorted out all the import certificates required and transported them on to our eventual destination. The boxes they were transported in were very solid, safe and roomy and custom-made for our cats who were travelling for approximately 48 hours but were completely unscathed by the experience and have settled well into their new home. Ladyhaye made a potentially worrying transportation process a lot more stressfree and reassuring and I would definitely recommend them and use them myself again in the future.

I flew my dog Kova from Edinburgh to Australia with the amazing help from ladyhaye Bex and Kelly
Because this is a long process to get into Australia, I was in contacts for bex for close to one year
She always kept me in the loop and if things were getting complicated she was always on hand for a phone call The knowledge that bex has as amazing and always reassured me that everything was going to be fine even when times were getting stressful
Bex was on holiday a couple of days before Kova flight and left us in the trustee hands of Kelly took over for about 10 days Kelly knew everything about Kova and where we were up to what still needed done she was absolutely amazing with calling to chase up the vets
