Elie Seroussi was born in Paris in 1958. Growing up in the center or Paris he developed a strong taste for fashion and craftsmanship. He opened his first fashion house, CECILE & JEANNE, in his late twenties, and built it into the well known brand it is today, with 10 boutiques in the prime Paris locations.
Elie raised his three children between the family ranch in Burgundy and the atelier in Paris. His oldest daughter, Natacha, took a keen interest in his work at a young age and showed a strong passion for fashion, the arts, and nature. After completing her studies of the arts Natacha naturally partnered up with her forever mentor and biggest supporter; Elie.
Together Elie and Natacha decided to do things differently. They wanted to create a brand that would combine the essence of who they are and what they believe in. Their products needed to be chic, elegant and modern… as well as environmentally friendly, vegan, and sustainable. They set off to design their first product - bobobark was born.

Zipper tearing up cork cover
I've had this new bebebark bag for less than one week, and the outside cell phone compartment is tearing up the cork cover around the opening. Less than one week of normal use with one normal size iphone in that compartment - is the zipper that's causing the damage. Bad design

Casual-Elegant Bebebark & Superb Customer Service
The straps that came with my Bebebark were twisted and misshapen during transport. Customer service responded promptly when I reached out, and a free replacement set arrived within days. The bag itself is as described on the product page. It's casual-elegant and functional. I find the inside pockets a little stiff but still serve their purpose. I cannot comment on its durability as I have only used it for a week. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase.

This is my third Laflore bag purchase and I love it as much as the others. A bebebark in the beautiful blush colour - compact but the perfect size. To be able to wear it as a backpack is so handy.

Great bag, but Customer Service and Quality Control needs to be better.
Make no mistake, the Bobobark I received is gorgeous in design and well constructed. The bag looks great and holds all my necessities while adding a touch of elegance to my outfits.The real reason for the low rating is the experience I had with the customer service department.
Context: The order I initially received was missing a backpack strap and the design was not what I expected, so I emailed Laflore Support requesting an exchange.
Instead of talking with a human representative I spent weeks trying to communicate with two AI Assistants who were having issues facilitating the exchange due to the bag being purchased during a sale. One of the ‘assistants’ assured me I was speaking with a real person, however Gmail notified me that I was speaking to AI chat bots the entire time.
Ironically, when I eventually did receive the exchange the new bag was ALSO missing one of its backpack straps. I am now waiting for the replacement strap to arrive.
This is my first time ordering from Laflore, and due to this experience I’m debating on whether to order from them again. I do hope they improve because their bags are of very nice quality.

Love my bag
Quick delivery, packed beautifully, I love that I can use the side zip to get my laptop out and if I’m stuck out and about after work and need to take my bag it looks stylish instead of bulky.

I am so happy to have found LaFlore Paris. As an architect AND vegan, I need chic, cruelty free bags and shoes and LaFlore delivers the bags I need. I have two of their bags: the large Bobo Bark in Emerald and my new one is the smaller Bebe Bark in pale pink (a great color, BTW)! I highly recommend these beautifully made bags!

I love these bags! This was my 4th bag I purchased. It was on sale for 50% off and I had $88 dollars in credit so I literally paid $9 for a $200 bag and $7 for shipping. I got the bag in like 5 days and its so perfect!

Customer Service is GREAT
I purchased the Bebebark bag and Bobobark bag (use for work) and I use the Bebebark as my daily purse. Within a week it started to show sign of wear in the first layer of the cork outer lining. I reached out to customer service and they shipped a new one without any issues. I LOVE these bags. So pretty and practical.
