we are always warmly welcomed into the Laings store in Buchanan Street. Our recent vistt was Sunday 12th April for the purchase of my new Rolex watch and Jessie our AD and we class her as a friend, is so lovely, courteous and helpful

The service was first class, especially as I was ordering it from afar. The follow up help for resizing was really helpful. The watch came in an amazingly packaged box.

Dylan has been fantastic across both of our visits to Laings Southampton. Last year he helped me with my first Rolex purchase, and this year the same with my partner's wedding gift - he handled both with amazing level of care, patience and professionalism each time.

First class service, with very knowledgeable staff. I had a service and minor repairs carried out on a vintage Rolex, excellent job and watch now looks like new.

Bought a new watch for my wife from the Glasgow store. Emma Hamilton was fantastic in helping with the purchase and keeping me up to date on progress. Watch was a surprise purchase for my wife made even better when we arrived in the store by Emma and her colleagues. Can’t recommend both Laings and Emma highly enough.

Back in November 2025, we were searching for a pair of earrings to complement a ruby pendant that had been a favourite of my mother’s for many years. After visiting several jewellers in Cardiff, we struggled to find the perfect match, and we popped into Laings by chance and we were introduced to Adrien the Bespoke Jewellery Designer.

We began by discussing initial ideas, using the pendant as inspiration. Adrien returned with some beautiful concepts, one of which I thought perfectly complemented the pendant. However, my mother envisioned something slightly different, and Adrien kindly reworked the design from another perspective that aligned with her wishes. After a few additional tweaks, we were invited to select the rubies that would become the focal point, enhanced by diamonds to add just the right amount of sparkle.

Adrien was exceptional throughout the process: incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and truly understanding of what we wanted. He shared his expertise at every stage, making the experience both insightful and enjoyable. After a couple of months and regular updates, we were delighted to collect the completed earrings just in time for Mother’s Day. My mother was thrilled to finally see the earrings in person and, of course, try them on! We were all so pleased with how the earrings turned out, showcasing the beautiful matched rubies, the intricate design and fine craftsmanship.

A heartfelt thank you also goes to Tom, who has always looked after us and initially introduced us to Adrien. Their support made the whole experience even more special. Having purchased several watches from Laings in the past, it was wonderful to go through this fascinating bespoke journey, and I hope it will be the first of many.

I wholeheartedly recommend Laings, especially Adrien and Tom, for their warmth, professionalism, and the memorable experiences they create. I look forward to visiting Laings again soon, as we are always greeted by their friendly and welcoming team.

Excellent personal attention and support by both Diego & Abigail at Boutique. I had an ongoing wish list and although one of my particular watches was no longer available Diego sourced it for me and provided several options to acquire ahead of a planned purchase. In Diego's absence Abigail kept me fully updated and the timepiece arrived ahead of schedule and a wonderful personalised experience collecting the watch in the Boutique.

Really friendly greating, good service & knowledgeable staff. I was made comfortable and the service on my watch was excellent.

I visited Glasgow to have a look at one of their pre-owned watches. On talking to Peter he listened to what I was after and brought out a few watches for me to view. I later purchased one of the watches shown online and collected from store soon after and had a good experience from first walking in to collection.
