Don't let them delay your refunds. If you are not happy with the service, let your bank know. Document your experience with photos and screenshots. If a business is legit they have nothing to hide. You have rights as a customer. I do not recommend this business, they are not Australian, they have nothing to do with Melbourne. What you see on the website is not what you get.

Items that I received did not match the description or photos on the website of the product. Trying to return these items according to the 30 day moneyback guarantee advertise on the website but customer service are deliberately evading the issue and trying to offer me partial refunds. This business lacks integrity and looks like they are just shipping low quality clothing from overseas and trying to pass it off as a quality High Street Melbourne store

Finally received product certainly didn’t look like what was on the website. Absolutely rubbish and contact the company at first wanted to give me a 10% refund and to check item. After l told them that item wasn’t up to consumer standards they offered 15% what is wrong with these people they don’t care DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. YOU WILL BE 100% DISAPPOINTED. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT A CHINESE COMPANY WOULDNT CARE ABOUT NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE WELL THEY HAVE MY MONEY. NOTICE THATS WHY THEY ONLY HAVE CREDIT CARD NO PAYPAL 🤬
I have now had 17 emails from them and they are now offering only 20% of the purchase price this product l have is absolute rubbish from China now buy anything from there site.

SCAM. AVOID. Fraudulent Shein reseller with no returns.

Also not based in australia. They scam your card, take multiple transactions and you are charged international fees.

I added some things to my cart. When I added my card details the page suddenly refreshed and charged me! I hadn't clicked "pay"!!! So illegal and dangerous.

Then they sent only 2/3 items only after i emailed them and the items were horrible quality, with no sizing or labels and were direct from shein (i found it on there) just for 4x the price.

Do not order from this company. The clothing is from a warehouse in China, not Melbourne. The jumper I received after a long wait was not the one I ordered in the online picture. The return process is labour intensive ( up to 10 emails now already) and they want you to pay the return postage to China and a restocking fee which is illegal under Australian Consumer Law in your right to return an incorrect item.
I would never purchase anything from them again.

I ordered a coat on 5th July and I am still waiting. They send an email every two days to say despatch is almost ready but the tracking number shows no movement. I know it's coming from China or not at all but by 17th not even posted has me concerned about the legitimacy of this business. I'll update the review if the item turns up.

I am so disappointed to see how many people are coming here feeling frustrated and deceived by this online business. I really don't understand how someone can feel any sense of pride in themselves by making a living from deception. Yes I got a refund but I had to use my excellent research skills which took time away from my university studies. It was not a huge amount of money but it's the principle. If you are feeling robbed by this company then insist on a refund, don't let anyone get away with being dishonest with your honestly earned money.

In our experience, the photos didn't accurately reflect the items received, the delivery took longer than expected, the sizing advice was inaccurate for us, and the returns process was extremely difficult. 16 Email comm's later, a "full" refund would have meant paying for packaging, international return shipping and a restocking fee, and (even though we provided a clear photo) an inspection would take place in China before any refund would begin to eventuate. On an $80 purchase we begrudgingly settled for a 20% refund and are stuck with unwearable clothing. We won't be buying from La Luna Melbourne again.

Wouldn’t purchase from this company again. Very deceptive as they do not ship their products from Australia and comes out of China. Ordered products on the 21st and another on the 22nd June. I received my second order on 14th July. Still haven’t received my first order. I emailed on 1st July for find out why it hadn’t moved and was lied to and told it was in transit and hadn’t updated, yet my second order had plenty of tracking updates. It had been sitting there the whole time. I asked for a refund and they sent the package and ignored my request. Now I’ve just wasted my money as the item was for a specific date and apparently won’t be here until 24th July. Should have read reviews first as getting a refund seems impossible.

Not made in Melbourne or Australia. When they say delivery between 2-5 business day. It’s a lie and will have emails saying apologies for delay due to sale period. Shipping from China is more like it, and you won’t be able to get in contact with anyone. Model pictures are filtered/AI generated, as outfits don’t look the same. Don’t think I’ll have any luck with request on refunds. Product poor quality and look nothing like what they advertised. What a scam!

Left review more than one month ago, about not sent package, a scam. Got public information back that I ll get answer from them if I will contact, after couple of trials of calling and emailing, NOTHING.
Case is reported if other people would be scammed too.

I was a bit unsure because I hadn’t heard of the store before, but the return policy made the order feel less risky. The package came in good condition and the quality was better than I expected. I would order again.

They don’t even deserve one star rating. It is the worst quality fabric. I would suggest that shein or even temu gives you a better quality product. This shop charged me an equant amount as any good brand would but what they delivered me don’t even worth $10. After a long wait O received my parcel with most poor quality products. Please don’t waste your money buying with them.

My wife had been looking for a simple cardigan so I ordered one for her. She liked the fit right away and said it was warm without feeling bulky. Good purchase.

Buyer beware, this is not a Melbourne based clothing business. Fast fashion, shipped direct from China. Cheap garbage and not at all reminiscent of pictures used to describe product. My puffer coat arrived, wafer thin and only sherpa lined in the hoodie area. The zip would not open properly. Item took weeks to arrive. Phone number provided on website was not connected and emails were ignored.I would not recommend this company. Purchase from La Luna at your own risk.

I would not purchase from this company. They keep sending emails saying postage has been delayed. It is not coming from melbourne as it says on the site- it is in fact coming from china. If i knew this i would not have purchased from tje store. I have made 3 seperate attempts at trying to contact them via email, the email keeps bouncing back a day or so later saying the email doesnt exsist.
Would warn anyone wanting to try purchase from this store- do not!

The dress looked exactly like the pictures, which is not always the case when shopping online. I wore it for dinner and got a few compliments. Simple, flattering and easy to style. No complaints from my side.

Would not recommend buying from here, jacket came with a cut off tag, looks like it’s been bought from shein and they’ve cut the tag off. Took over 10 days to be delivered.

I ordered a pair of shoes, took longer than they said to arrive, only for the shoes to be damaged when I opened the package & is of poor quality. Tried to contact them, the email on the site was wrong & the tab for 'contact' doesn't work. Finally found an email address that works, has been almost a week with no reply. Shop elsewhere.
