Buyer beware, this is not a Melbourne based clothing business. Fast fashion, shipped direct from China. Cheap garbage and not at all reminiscent of pictures used to describe product. My puffer coat arrived, wafer thin and only sherpa lined in the hoodie area. The zip would not open properly. Item took weeks to arrive. Phone number provided on website was not connected and emails were ignored.I would not recommend this company. Purchase from La Luna at your own risk.

I would not purchase from this company. They keep sending emails saying postage has been delayed. It is not coming from melbourne as it says on the site- it is in fact coming from china. If i knew this i would not have purchased from tje store. I have made 3 seperate attempts at trying to contact them via email, the email keeps bouncing back a day or so later saying the email doesnt exsist.
Would warn anyone wanting to try purchase from this store- do not!

The dress looked exactly like the pictures, which is not always the case when shopping online. I wore it for dinner and got a few compliments. Simple, flattering and easy to style. No complaints from my side.

Would not recommend buying from here, jacket came with a cut off tag, looks like it’s been bought from shein and they’ve cut the tag off. Took over 10 days to be delivered.

I ordered a pair of shoes, took longer than they said to arrive, only for the shoes to be damaged when I opened the package & is of poor quality. Tried to contact them, the email on the site was wrong & the tab for 'contact' doesn't work. Finally found an email address that works, has been almost a week with no reply. Shop elsewhere.

Huge red flag, l thought this was a Melbourne based company. It is a Chinese company that buy from temu and add their huge mark up. The quality was ordinary and they would not accept a return. Shipping was 2 weeks, they say fast shipping with Australia Post which is not true. They don't use Auspost. I could go on and on, just stay clear from companies like this that are very misleading and deceitful.

Worst fashion clothing company in Melbourne that's actually based in China!!!! Purchased this jacket for $76 and it didn't look much like the photos, very flimsy thin bad quality, tags were missing and it was a horrible fit, even in 2XXL size and I'm a normal size medium / 12!!!! And they refuse to refund me in full for a faulty jacket! Absolutely furious!! Do not buy from this rubbish business ever!! That jacket i purchased is a major knock off copy of Nation Avatar's clothes!!!! Disgusting!

NOT happy. This company has taken our money for a clothing item. They keep sending me UPDATE emails re the product coming soon. NO way to reply as their email address is non-deliverable.

ITEM arrived. Not anything like site description. Far too small even though XXL ordered. Awaiting Company reply for REFUND. Will NEVER buy from them again

THE CLOTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE IS POISONOUS! I’ve had it tested for chemicals and they are off the charts!! The website is a FALSE ECOMMERCE front for pretending to be “Australian” with its FALSE name. If you check the about me and contact information it says they have “warehouses” in the Netherlands which is also false. Everything ships directly from CHINA. The items do not match the sizes listed, you will get a CHINESE SIZE medium which doesn’t match western standards and the quality is VERY POOR! The stitching will be lose and it will be ill fitting. Once they have your money they will use LIES to keep it there is no RETURN POLICY. They also repetativly lie on all their listings. My product said it was SATIN it was nearly 100% polyester and elastane. It doesn’t ship between the 8 or 9 days they say, you will be lucky if it arrives in a chemical smelling bag a month late from CHINA while they send you false updates and try to hide the shipping details via 3 different websites! BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE DO NOT ORDER CLOTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

The return policy gave me confidence to order. Thankfully I didn't need it because everything fit, but knowing it was there made the purchase feel less risky.

Wasn't familiar with the store before ordering. Took a chance because of the sale and the quality exceeded my expectations. The stitching looks clean and the material feels durable. I'll probably order again.

The cardigan I received has that effortless look I was hoping for. I've worn it with jeans, leggings and even over a dress. It doesn't feel bulky but still keeps me warm enough during chilly evenings. Shipping updates were also clear from start to finish.

This store is a scam, i ordered a coat and it has no tags, threads everywhere and extremely low quality fabric. When I contacted to return it was not a good experience. I am strongly disappointed.

This site is in no way located in Melbourne and is clearly operatinng in an illegal and deceptive form of e-commerce. They have been reported to the ACCC due to shipping products that do not match the image at all.
By using the name La Luna Melbourne and using a random address in Brunswick for their warehouse they have also breached the ACCC laws of fair and honest e-commerce trade.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED>
