I’ve used many organizer-style bags, and most fail to deliver on their promises. I’m not sure how it would be without the add-ons, but I chose the Full Pack and it meets my needs perfectly since the laptop case provides plenty of extra pockets for items like notepads, cables, and my iPad.

I don't usually write reviews but I wanted to praise the customer service team for making sure the delivery went smoothly

For a long time I avoided buying a leather bag because it was concerned it might stain or get damaged with regular exposure to rain that why I chose the rain in black saffiano water simply runs of it and dries without leaving any marks big thanks to the girlies for such great work

As you can imagine, I was initially skeptical due to some comments I had read, but I decided to try the Grand as my first purchase and loved it. Three months later, I got the Petit. Together, the two bags cover all my needs, from office to gym and even travel

You don’t realize how handy the Expandable pocket is until you use it. The Grand transforms from a regular-sized bag into a full carry-on. Absolutely amazing

Sometimes you buy something on line and everything goes wrong. Well, it happened to me: wrong address, long wait to trace the item, winter holidays in the middle so you’re not there to pick it up….
But then you realise that the customer service is there with you step by step, going on and beyond. And once you get your bag….it’s exactly what you were hoping for! I really could not be happier of my Grand. It’s a really luxury accessory that I will carry around on my business travel. Sometimes it takes a little longer but it’s absolutely worth it!

The newest addition to my La Mansio collection is the Voyage Tote and I didn’t realize how handy a well-designed Tote could be. I used to carry the Grand everywhere and now I use the Laptop Case from the Grand inside the Voyage Tote which makes it practical for my MacBook Pro.

I felt a little hesitant after seeing some negative reviews. I went ahead and got the Grand in Heritage Saffiano and to my pleasant surprise everything went very smoothly thanks largely to the customer support team. I hadn’t added a house number and they noticed and reached out to me. They even offered a future discount for a product I plan to get next. I have only positive things to say so thank you.

As part of the first group of backers I received one of the earliest La Mansio bag designs. Overall it was great but over time I faced some issues. I contacted them and they were attentive and responsive. They helped me upgrade to the Grand the newer model which was unexpected and one of the main reasons I decided to write this review. It also convinced me to buy my sister a bag from them this holiday season.

I noticed a small issue with the stitching on one pocket. I contacted customer support and they handled it very professionally. The service was excellent and the replacement arrived fairly quickly.

Update: La Mansio has gotten in touch with me and the staff was very helpful in looking for a solution that worked for all parties. After a couple of back and forth emailing we were all happy with the solution, and I am grateful that the customer service team made time for the issue.

I invested in this bag with the intention of having a nice workbag that I could use for years. Instead, the zipper broke within a couple of months of using it. This was still within the 12 month warranty period, So I contacted customer service. Initially I got offered to buy a second bag with a discount, but when I told them I didn't want to invest more money into a bag that wasn't working, I was told I could send the bag to China to get it fixed for 70-80 euros. After asking if they could explain if or why a broken zipper wasn't covered under the warranty, customer service completely stopped answering my messages. I have sent them 5 follow emails over the course of 2 months and received no answers. I started messaging them in September, and it is now January and I still haven't had any replies.

I recently traveled with my Grand leather bag in coffee for a business trip and received so many compliments. The leather quality and coffee tone is beautiful. This bag did not disappoint and provided plenty of space for my laptop, headset, purse, and shoes without issue. I was also very happy to see how durable the leather is after withstanding multiple flights and packed overhead bins. I love this bag and highly recommend.

Always pleasant and generally a positive experience when interacting with the customer service team. Occasionally, the response takes a bit longer than anticipated (approximately three days), but when they do reply, they have been extremely helpful.

I travel every two weeks, so one of the main reasons I got it for is to use as a carry-on bag and it certainly lives up to the expectations

the arrival took much longer than expected but handling was adequate and friendly; the bag itself is exactly what it promised to be.

I ordered the grand in black saffiano , and the quality exceeded my expectations . The leather feels great and the bags keep its shape very well even when empty for me that's one of its main advantage compared of the other bags. it has become my everyday office bag

It arrived faster than I expected and the zippers are of a higher quality than bags that I own that are three, possibly four times more expensive.

I got my bag, it’s really lovely. The zipper was unfortunately broken upon arrival. But the great costumer service sent me a new one right away! The experience is really nice.
