Got the Air La Mansio bag and I’m obsessed. I’ve gotten so many compliments already! It looks amazing and feels super well-made. I had a couple of questions about the features and Nancy from customer support was genuinely helpful and kind. Definitely planning to grab another design soon. Love it!

Horrible experience. I canceled my order within 24 hours and sent several emails, but they never got back to me or reimbursed my money.

They in the end finally got back to me, reimburse and all good.
But please be aware in the small texts, when campaigns are open, the will be probably telling you, “this is a pre sale, you will receive your order in 3-4 months” or something like that.
Because of this I will keep my rate.

I loved this bag - and then it broke, and La Mansio has been ignoring me for over a week.

I’m editing this review as they eventually did replace my bag (for a (small) fee, for some tax reasons as I was informed) but I got to keep the old bag, which I am trying to get repaired on my own dime so at least I can gift it to someone).

I still love the bag, and I did get a replacement (for about 40$) and have the option to repair the other one, but it took over a month if not more, and was a very frustrating process. I only started getting proper response after leaving this review, initially 1 star. Thus, I cannot give them a higher rating with such a head ache process.

Love the bag. It truely is awesome. Perfect for what I needed and it was hard to find what I wanted. I get a TON of compliments and it does feel high quality. I understand it’s hard for a business when you run into some production issues, but I really wish they had been more responsive on the claim initially and didn’t wait days in between each answer and only giving me options that weren’t fully free. I don’t like that, and that will never get more than 3 starts, regardless of the product.

Make your own judgements. Bag great. If there is an issue, not so much.

Proud to have mum and daughter matching bags from La Mansio. We opted for one Grand which is the larger bag, plus an Air, being the smaller one. They both share the same design and the functionality is exaaaactly what we’ve been looking for.

Personally I highly suggest opting for the add-ons because they come in handy all the time. There are days when I use them for clothes, other for makeup, and even food.

Thanks to the customer support team as well for making the process so straightforward.

I took a gamble because it’s not exactly easy picking a gift for your girlfriend, but it paid off! She couldn’t be happier and it seems to be exactly what she needed to blend her work life as well as her active lifestyle.

Nancy was incredibly helpful when I had questions about the Grand Travel bag. She took the time to explain the differences and made sure I picked the right one. Excellent service!

Die Tasche an sich ist super, jedoch für meinen Laptop zu klein. Mittlerweile habe ich 5 E-Mails, im Abstand von jeweils 2 Tagen, versendet um die Retoure abzuwickeln. Es kommt keine Antwort wohin ich zurücksenden muss. Wenn ihr euch ganz sicher seid, dass es die Tasche sein soll, dann go for it. Überlegt ihr noch, dann lasst es sein, denn eine Retoure ist offenbar nicht möglich. Eine Adresse dazu ist auch nirgends im Internet zu finden.

I had a very positive experience with La Mansio. Even though the bag I ordered turned out not to be the perfect fit for me personally, the customer service was absolutely outstanding.

The team was extremely kind, understanding, and responsive throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt supported, offering clear options and handling everything with great professionalism.

It’s rare to come across such genuine customer care these days, and for that reason alone I would definitely recommend La Mansio to anyone considering their products.

My order was delivered today and while I haven't had a chance to use the bag (it is a gift), it looks great and it is carefully packaged.
Based on this purchase and the delivery issue being resolved with the help of La Mansio customer service, I would recommend purchasing from the brand.

Nancy from La Mansio reached out and via a very thoughtful message, apologised for the silence and provided context. The team had encountered an unexpected change in customs requirements and needed to address it. She also confirmed my order was being reissued. I communicated that a quick touchbase during the investigation would have been reassuring ("still looking into it, we'll be in touch soon").
I appreciated that my feedback was acknowledged and the confirmation that the delivery issue was being addressed. I will update the review upon reception of the order.

I am a returning customer of la Mansio who purchased the Ciel Air handbag ahead of an upcoming friend's birthday. Unfortunately this time around, there is an issue with the delivery (it never left China and was returned to the shipper). I reached out to customer service and received a message that I would hear back about the issue and how it would be resolved within 48 hours on Aug 15. Since then, no update, no follow up. I have attempted to reach out since without result. I don't know if I recommend purchasing from la Mansio if it means being left in limbo, not knowing if or when my order will be delivered.

Very nice bag. The zip keeps on breaking. Since the first month I’ve used the bag. I had to bring it numerous times to repair and now just left it open as I don’t want to keep paying to have the zip repaired. This makes it impossible to use as a backpack (it will just open up and all my stuff will fall!) to the contrary of what is advertised. Very disappointing.

Also I loved the leather on the first one but I see it is now different and I don’t like the finish.

The La Mansio One bag is a beautiful and well-crafted bag. I have used it as my everyday bag for a year and have received multiple compliments for it.

The customer support team is also amazing. I contcated them after a metal buckle on one of the padded straps of my bag broke. I got a new pair of padded straps shipped completely free of charge, so my bag works perfectly again as a shoulder bag and as a backpack as well. Thank you, Nancy, for support :).

I have read some complaints about the zipper on the bag: Honestly, the zipper is harder to pull. However, I consider it a good thing as I travel by public transport and if the zipper were too easy to pull, I would be worried for thieves opening my bag unnoticed. The bag can still be opened and closed using one hand only.

Overall I am very satisfied with the bag and hope it will be my everyday bag for a long time to come.

I ordered a La Mansio Grand bag back when it was on Kickstarter. I had been looking for ages for something that I could use as a backpack for daily use and work travel to save my back but that looked elegant and classy for meetings. This bag has the perfect interior, looks beautiful, and is able to expand for work travel (it's all I need for 1-2 nights away). I get constant compliments from other women on the bag. I also had one minor issue about 6 months after having the bag where one shoulder strap pad had some wear and tear issues. When I sent pictures to La Mansio (and honestly didn't expect much of a response) they were fast in responding to me and sending me brand new upgraded shoulder straps. I'm very impressed.

I love my bag and my experience so far! I’ve had my bag and use it for daily use for approx 3 months. I have also had the opportunity to take it with me traveling the world. It will be going with me to Turkey next!

I ordered this bag after talking with a friend who had been part of the first kickstart and gotten a larger bag.i loved the design ad versatility with the one she had. So I was excited to support the company and order the smaller bag for use at work. But I quickly discovered that it just wasn’t worth the hassle – and recognize thatThis is a bit of a scam. It’s positioned as a high-end Italian leather bag, but after waiting almost 8 months after placing my order – what showed up was not high-end leather - and the bags are coming from China.In addition, the zippers were subpar and broke about three months in. And all I carry is my wallet and some file folders so it’s not like the bag was Over stuffed. For the money that they charge you can get a much more versatile and beautiful bag that a higher level of quality.

My first overnight adventure since a spinal cord injury and the Grand Mansio bag expanded to fit my books and outfits perfectly. It hung it on the wheelchair in style.

As a kickstarter backer i looked forward to the beautiful bag but there was a slight delay in the fulfillment of the reward. However all my email queries received a response on when i might expect it so I was reassured. The first grande bag they sent me looked great but it had a defect in the placement of the anchors for the shoulder straps which made carrying the bag as a backpack difficult. La mansio staff promptly responded to my email on this and they offered to replace my bag free of cost and to buy get an additional bag at a steeply discounted cost of $59. I didn't use the additional bag offer and I got my new perfect replacement a few weeks later. The customer service is friendly and prompt and helpful. The bag is sturdy,well made, functional and beautiful, I have received compliments on the bag many times.

I jumped on the Kickstart campaign of the Grand bag last year. I was really excited and patiently waited for it to ship out. After two months of use, one of the links for the strap broke. It would be an understatement to say I'm disappointed. My coach bags have never had this issue s and to pay over $400 for a strap to break after two months is unacceptable. I've reached out to them in multiple ways and over the past week and haven't heard back at all.
After revithe broken link I'm also starting to question if it is even leather. I'm sure parts are but not the whole bag. I want my money back.

I ordered the Petit M in black, and loved it so much, I bought it in Heritage Saffiano for the summer! I particularly love that I can fit my iPad with the keyboard case in it and even zip it up.

I participated in the first Mansio campaign on KickStarter a few years ago, and really enjoyed the look of the original, but I haven't been able to my bag a lot because it's a bit too big for me to carry in my hand, although I can use it as a backpack.
So, when I saw the new campaign for 2024 with a smaller size bag but which could expand if you still occasionally needed the extra space, I lept at the chance to get it. I got the cork Air bag, in the full pack, and it tops my list of bags that look both cute and are highly functional. The expandable section is easy to use, and (if you're a book carrier like me) can fit a lot of books! For traveling, its really useful for carrying things you want easy access to, like a toiletries bag or snacks.
- The laptop carrier does fit, and is easy to use, although given the size you do have to be careful putting it in the bag by watching the corners and making sure they're tucked in. The closing flap can be opened inside the Air bag, although you need to open the double zippers to do so and may need to tug the bag fully open, BUT this doesnt have to be an issue because, if you just want to unzip one zip, the flap is attacked to the laptop case with a zip, making it detachable and making access a lot easier!
- The camera cube is really useful because it can double as a lunch box and it really is easy to clean, customize the partitions, and store when not in use.
- I like using the packing cube, but you do need to be gentle - go slow with the zip to compress the clothes because with my first bag pack a few years ago, I endes up breaking the zip because I tried to fit too much and/or tugged too hard. It is very useful for light packing, but be conscious of what you need and go slow!

Now that I've had such a great experience with the Air, I'm definitely eyeing the Santorini style too...😍😅 When I save up enough, that's the one I'm going for next!
