Very happy for having purchased the Grand Air Mansio Bag on Kickstarter, in despite of delay, expensive delivery fees and duty fees. At least, it allowed me to get know La Mansio, get a high level product with potential to extend, good Quality, and the customer service is great. Thank you La Mensio and wish you success in this Campain.

A great bag and the possibility to use it as a backpack is great!

I ordered a bag from myself when first advertised on kickstarter as I travel a lot for work and thought this looked good as well as accommodating my travel needs. I have got so many compliments from friends, colleagues and strangers! So what could be a more fitting present for my daughter starting her first job. She cycles to work but needs a stylish bag so I ordered the new grand. There was a hiccup with the order but that was quickly and efficiently dealt with by the La Mansio team. My daughter is now experiencing the same pleasure of receiving lots of compliments.
We are both so happy with our bags and I am very impressed by the high standard of personal service provided by La Mansio. Thank you from both of us!

I ordered this bag from Kickstarter, and it has surpassed any expectation. It is chic and well made. The quality is unreal, and I get more compliments on this bag than my other designer bags. It’s my go to everyday bag for sure.

Love my bag, especially chic using it as a backpack! I travel quite a bit and there have been a handful of times where strangers would stop to ask where I got it! I usually just use the lightweight laptop carrier but for traveling using the full pack is great for laptop and my drawing supplies and a book. The only reason it’s getting a 4 instead of 5 is that it is a bit on the heavy side but honestly love it so much.

My wife loves it and I guess that’s all that matters.

Shipping was pretty quick and I went for the classic Black Saffiano Grand bag.

First of all, the service was amazing. I've had the most friendliest answers to all my worrysome emails about this beautiful bag. It was also send over very quickly. I'm using it now for a couple of months and it is as handy as you can see on the videos. I've travelled with it on busses, trains, planes. It's really the most handy bag I've ever had. And to wash a stain off, it effectively works with water!

DO NOT LOVE THE FACT IT BROKE WHILST IN USE AND La Mansio DO NOT RESPOND!!

The bag got lost in shipping-probably in the LA fires, and they shipped another one very quickly. Obviously a big loss on their part, as these bags are expensive, but they made it zero hassle for me. And my wife is thrilled with the bag. High-quality leather and all very well-stitched. Highly recommend.

I am a bag collector. I have the entire Laflore range, in multiple colours. So I decided to take the plunge and order a mega pack of the Grand for myself, which arrived intact, and days after a cork version as a present for my sister. The box showed up completely smashed, as so was the bag. With the bottoms and the side completely broken and removed from its original structure. I will admit that getting a hold of customer service was indeed a challenge. After a few conversations, I understood that the company is currently undergoing their mass shipment to backers, making the response process considerably slower than usual. I have provided my honest eedback and hope my next experience is very dissimilar than the last.
The replacement bag is being sent, with an upgraded pack as a goodwill gesture, which is appreciated.
The bag itself is indeed lovely but heavier than I expected. Not due to poor product spec information, but due to the fact that I am now used to lighter products such as Cork.
Hopefully I won't have any more issues moving forward.

I have had my bag for over 2 years with daily use. It is elegant and covers most of what I need to carry. I have received compliments and questions about where to buy.
The compact cube is a nice extension, but I have not used the photo bag or PC sleeve.

But the main zippers broke - the first one only after some months, and the second when I had fixed that one. The support from La Mansio was not satisfying - I did not get any refund and the dialogue took a lot of time. But the bag is nice, so I went to a tailor and got it fixed for my own expense.

I got the Grand & Air. Love mine! Worth every penny and the accessories are so smart. So glad I got in on the Kickstarter. Absolutely the best. I travel for work and this is the most stylish, professional, and functional bag I have ever owned. Every courthouse I have walked into since purchasing someone has commented on this bag and asked me where I got it. A 10/10 for sure!

I experienced a great customer support, open, trustworthy and quick responses even on weekend.

I am one of the backers on Kickstarter. It took a bit longer but they delivered what they promised and I am very happy with my bag!! Also customer support replied to my e-mails within a day. Good job!

The bag I received does not appear to be leather; the hardware is very lightweight and zippers feel like they will not last; the backpack attachments are back to front, so when in backpack mode, the opening to the backpack will be upside down; the compression and insulated insert are very small and won’t fit anything of substance (e.g. a camera or change of clothes); and overall the bag is actually really heavy.
The bag is not worth the price paid.
I do not recommend purchasing from this company, not only is the bag very poor quality, and not worth the price, but the company will not put any of the issues right, and has actively scammed Kickstarter backers on the price of the bag and shipping (bags have been available online for less than on Kickstarter for months).

I have a first edition from the kickstarter campaign! I was on Instagram recently and saw a promo ad for La Mansio! So happy the company is doing well! It's a beautiful bag! A friend noticed it while visiting me and she LOVED it! I'm looking forward to purchasing more bags in the future!
