I placed an order for a standard freezer flap and paid. I immediately then raised a query using the order number as the freezer flap available on the website would have been upside down. After many emails back and forth we located the correct freezer flap but I was told the order had been dispatched with the wrong part even though I had raised a query on the order. The frustrating part was that it hadn’t in fact been dispatched and was actually late. I was then advised that I would need to return the part and reorder and pay delivery again. There was no telephone number which would have made the whole process so much easier and would have taken ten minutes to resolve as opposed to the week it took and it wasn’t resolved. Also the query form requests the order number and I believe that if a query is raised on an order then the query should be resolved before dispatch as clearly there is a problem or a person wouldn’t need to raise a query. The customer service was very disappointing.

I received a damaged part for my Howden fridge, but this was sorted out by Lamonaspares efficiently and without fuss.

The parcel arrived damaged and the filter inside was bent and damaged as well.
Not good packaging at all.

I had broken one drawer front on my freezer. I purchased a new one from you. It arrived well packaged and fitted perfectly and easily. My fridge- freezer now looks as good as new. Thank you.
It took quite a while for the drawer front to arrive. If its possible to improve this it would make your service even better.

i ordered a small part for my integrated dishwaasher, putting int he details of the model number etc. We were unable to fit this so called in an engineer who charged £87.78 and he confirmed this was not the part needed. In fact a screw had come lose on the door stopping the door from closing properly and so not able to be turned on. You charged £6.95 postage for this iem, at most it should have cost £3.00. The part cost £11+ so almost £20.00 for a part which is no good. I have emailed the company about this but have received no response.

The only comment I would make is that delivery was a little slow. Product was as expected.

Phone calls to several numbers, no results

Good communication and the part did the job, but very expensive with extortionate delivery/postage costs. Almost £40 for a function selector switch when you can buy the complete oven brand new for around £140 is over the top.

Why are you sending me a review request? I've never had spares from you.

The technician was 5 star. Very quick and efficient and was accurate when predicting arrival time on the day.

I can’t give 5 stars as lamona themselves made me jump through many hoops in order to take advantage of my warranty.

I bought a house with the appliances included in the sale of the property and we’re bought by the previous owner. I was able to register for the extended warranty without knowing the invoice numbers. But when it came to getting an engineer out, I needed to find out from howdens where they had been purchased so that I could phone the branch and get the invoice numbers. It was starting to feel like they didn’t want me to claim my right to repairs under warranty. Thankfully the engineer was so good I am now in possession of a working washing machine again.

Slow to respond and even then didn't answer what I asked. Ended up ordering the wrong part because of this

Only one item out of 4 received. No indication it would be a part order and rest of items would be delayed until I chased them. Communications are poor.
