Engineer was polite. However we have since had an independent engineer out who took the plinth off and could see the ventilation was adequate. He also looked behind the fridge and saw more ventilation. Think they just don’t want to honour the warranty

I have had two engineers, first one had wrong information, 2nd time ordered wrong part and 2nd engineer ordered the correct part but did make it home in time for the appointment, so im still waiting for the oven to be fixed, I have the new part but no engineer because it's been put down as completed.

Took a long time to fulfil our order from placing to receiving

Quickly sorted out the damaged draw front when delivered ., no fuss, took responsibility

How quick the parts were found & dispatched

Part was broken in the wrapping, was still able to use but it was broken.

Didn’t get appointment waited in all day no phone call as hadn’t bothered to update new contact details when called to request repair

Successful replacements

Couldn't locate the parts I needed on line so emailed and received very helpful return email advising of part I needed. I ordered and part arrived within 10 days. I was not home when courier delivered and, without any instruction, helpfully left with a neighbour.

I had 2 engineers out to repair a brand new cooker not used but couldn’t fix it they had to order new parts so o told the retailer to take the cooker back I picked another make no confidence in the lamona cooker

I placed an order for a standard freezer flap and paid. I immediately then raised a query using the order number as the freezer flap available on the website would have been upside down. After many emails back and forth we located the correct freezer flap but I was told the order had been dispatched with the wrong part even though I had raised a query on the order. The frustrating part was that it hadn’t in fact been dispatched and was actually late. I was then advised that I would need to return the part and reorder and pay delivery again. There was no telephone number which would have made the whole process so much easier and would have taken ten minutes to resolve as opposed to the week it took and it wasn’t resolved. Also the query form requests the order number and I believe that if a query is raised on an order then the query should be resolved before dispatch as clearly there is a problem or a person wouldn’t need to raise a query. The customer service was very disappointing.

Excellent customer service responds quickly to emails.Simple online ordering.

I received a damaged part for my Howden fridge, but this was sorted out by Lamonaspares efficiently and without fuss.

The parcel arrived damaged and the filter inside was bent and damaged as well.
Not good packaging at all.

Service provide very good
