II never got my returns label

The product I ordered was great. I’m leaving such a negative review because I ordered one single product that I paid full price (meaning, no 10% discount in exchange for subscribing to something or whatever) and this has generated so far NINE EMAILS from Lampmasters.

I’m not kidding. NINE EMAILS. 9. NINE!

I don’t think this list even includes the emails I received from the delivery company.

I’m sorry for leaving such a harsh review but this is just not sustainable. Leave us alone. We can’t be receiving that many emails every time we make a purchase online.

Great products but website advertises 3-6 days delivery and this is not the case so keep that in mind if you need something urgently. Stock ships to the UK from Germany. Good service otherwise and no taxes to pay.

Quick delivery great communication good product and value for money

Love my lamps! I’ve bought several items from Lampmasters and they’ve been fab

I ordered a reading lamp from Lampmasters. When it arrived it had multiple damages. There was a huge dent in the central arm, scratches on the metalwork and the electric cable was fraying which is a huge health and safety issue. When the lamp arrived it was not even bubble wrapped it just arrived in a cardboard box with a bit of brown paper underneath it. Had it been packaged more carefully all of this could have been avoided. It took nearly one week to arrive from Germany and now I have to return it. I have requested a full refund in view of damaged goods this has ruined my shopping experience with this company. I am very disappointed!

Lovely product. Arrived on time with good communication

The service I received from Lampmasters was exceptional.
The quality of the lamp I ordered was not 100% and when I notified Lampmasters of this they responded quickly and led me through my options without any issues. Communication was unparalleled and they were reliably efficient in doing what they said they would do. It was a rare show of good old fashioned service.
I would have no hesitation in using them again.

Good website with plenty of different lights to choose from and easy to navigate around,good communication of when your order will be delivered,good packaging all well secured and wrapped

I was a bit concerned when I read the light fitting was coming from Germany. It got held up in the UK with the delivery company, however this was swiftly dealt with via customer services. The light is amazing, exceeded our expectations, would be very happy to buy from this company again

Best price I could find online a lot cheaper than anywhere else look good quality and well made not had time to put them up yet but hopefully all will be ok good delivery.

Very efficient and fast service. The lamp is beautiful, it was described perfectly on the website and came with the bulb, which was useful to have!

I ordered two items from Lampmasters and returned them within the respected period. They processed the return of both items but only refunded me for one. I have since sent three emails asking for my remaining refund, but I have not heard back since my latest email in March 2026. It's extremely disappointing as the brands they sell are trustworthy but Lampmasters' lack of diligence to properly process customers' refunds leave me extremely let down. I would not recommend ordering from them, especially items of a higher value, in case you need to return it.

The delivery took some time, and I had to follow up to check where the items were. However everything arrived in order and well packaged.
