Ordered a ceiling fan with light. Delivery was efficient, product is really good quality & brilliant for the heat. Worth the money and very quiet on low speed, doesn't disturb your sleep.

Great communication but not such a good product in my case.
Lampmasters have been great. Very good communication etc, however the lamp itself is not good and being returned today, hopefully with a full refund. A great looking design but not really workable in real life in this case. Hopefully this doesn't apply to other products. Would use them again though.

They had the Moebe frame I was after and at an excellent price. They shipped it very quickly and it arrived packed very well. I was delighted with my purchase and will be back again, maybe to buy a lamp next time!

Awful company
Awful company.
I am writing today because of my shocking experience with Lamp Masters. We are an interior design company in the UK and have worked with many retailers and can honestly say that this company have been so unhelpful and so difficult that I am almost lost for words.
We ordered 3 x bar stools for our clients, and they arrived and were very small and uncomfortable and therefore, wanted to return them.
Firstly they return process was slow and wrong instructions were given (aka putting the invoice inside the package, which if I had not have checked the returns details would have meant they were stuck at customs. the invoice is meant to be on the outside of the package so lucky I checked that).
Secondly, the bar stools are split into two packages, very big packages as you can imagine... being 3 x bar stools. Unfortunatley the packages are 24cm too small to "qualify" for a collection and need to be returned in person.
I do not understand how a company expect one small lady to walk with 2 x packages, over 96cm in size, to return the parcels by hand. They do not fit in my car (thats how big they are!), and there is no other way for me to get them to a post office, unless lamp masters would like to pay £15 for an uber for me to get them there.
It makes no sense and apparently the policy is that only packages over 120cm can be collected.
I am leaving this review here, mainly because I want the team at Lamp Masters to understand how ridiculous and unnecessary this policy is, and also to encourage people to not use companies that treat not only customers, but interior design companies, in this way.

Lost Items, Poor Service, Incommunicative, No Good Delivered, Money Taken!
This is the second time that I have ordered from this company; and their execution is just beyond horrendous. Everything was supposedly in stock then it wasn't. I adjusted and removed an item. It was then dispatched, two weeks later, the money gone from my account; I have nothing. Why? I cannot contact their shipper who reputedly has attempted to deliver when I have not been at home. I have contacted customer support; but there is no response. It is not worth it! Do not waste your time.
