Very poor - non delivery of expensive items then ignored
Part of the order (a significant expensive part) a floor lamp hasn’t arrived order placed a few months ago - firm won’t respond to emails when I try to contact them - about 5 emails have gone unanswered over several weeks - really unsatisfactory

I bought an adapter from them a few months ago. The product wasn't delivered. I also didn't get a refund. There's nowhere to complain. So, it's simply a scam.

Poor customer and courier service
I’m still waiting for my order to be delivered and have asked their customer service team multiple times for the courier’s contact details (as they can’t do this for some reason) and haven’t heard back. Really poor customer service and courier is hard to get a hold of too. I would not recommend using this company.

Difficult company to deal with
The LED wall-mounted lamp they provided was faulty - just flashed continuously when switched on. Company was difficult to deal with - their telephone helpline is unmanned, and says that all communication needs to be in writing. Website won't accept my report of a faulty item. Won't be dealing with them again

The lamp that I ordered has still not…
The lamp that I ordered has still not arrived despite me ordering weeks before. The comms from customer service has been OK, but the information is unreliable. The tracker that the shipping company sent it empty of information. The lamp I ordered for my granddaughters birthday looks like it wont arrive in time, if ever. I am very disappointed and I hope that this is just a one off, but it has put me off using them further.

Good product. It does what I want. Adjustable brightness and colour temperature. Retains settings when switched off. Disappointed though with tracking. Information was of no use, and I had no idea when it was going to arrive.
