I’m yet to install the light so will update if any change however I ordered on Saturday and the light arrived on Wednesday. I can’t fault the delivery nor the cost of the light.

The light looks very good in my…
The light looks very good in my kitchen. However delivery took nearly 3 weeks when the estimated time on ordering was a week! In the grand scheme of things it didn't interfere with the decorating of the kitchen, but it would have been nice to have been informed of a potential delay from the start.
However the light and how it looks in the kitchen is very good.

Hard wearing.
These are very hard wearing and last for years. I received my last one with my washing up bowl. It must be at least 15 years ago. Delivery was fast Cannot fault the service.

Still haven't received my light…
Still haven't received my light fittings. I have waited in for x3 day's and Royal mail keep saying attempted delivery, but no one in. Absolute lies. Reported this to lampmasters, they told me to rearrange delivery for a forth time. I don't hold much hope that they are going to turn up. Also asked lampmasters for a refund and they didn't answer my question except to say rearrange delivery. My contract is with lampmasters not Royal mail, who are useless. Nobody wants to take ownership of the problem, after all I'm only the paying customer.

Ordered a Hay lamp
Ordered a Hay lamp - the lamp itself was fine but the paper shade was split in multiple places and also missing the key component that allows the shade to keep its shape. I’ve been told that they need to open a claim with the manufacturer which will make 6-8 weeks! Hang on I ordered and paid for an item and now I have to wait for you to sort it out with the manufacturer. You sent me the item. This is a typically bureaucratic ‘follow the process’ that should be expected when purchasing from a German company. Just send out another one or refund me. I don’t mind whose fault it is - but I shouldn’t be inconvenienced as a result. Not a great experience.

I used Lampmasters after a not too good experience with another supplier. I was very pleased to get my outdoor lights from them in such a short time, every thing was well packed and arrived in good condition.
The price was about the best considering the cost of delivery.
I’d definitely recommend.

Excellent product at a terrific price …
I’d already had my eye on this pendant fitting, to match 2 others in the adjacent space. Found it in Lampmasters at a terrific prices.
Arrived very soon after order, and well packaged. Just had the electrician in to connect and hang it. Absolutely thrilled with my purchase.
