Nice laptop
Order placed for laptop with nice spec and price, laptop received looking shiny and like new, just need to start using it now.
Had an issues with the laptop so rasied a live chat, was advised to email my issue to the help @laptopstation.co.uk did this immediately. this was the 20th July, messaged again after no reply despite normal response within 2 hours. It is now the 27th July and still no response.
Had a phone call from Liam today 28th July to apologise for the issues I had experienced, turns out following some testing while on the phone my email address was being blocked via a spam filter, so they did not see them, hence the lack of response.
I have increased my rating as appreciate the reach out and as I have already resolved the issues I was experieincing, am now using the Laptop without issue.
Thank you for the call Liam.

Antwoord van Laptop Station - Refurbished Laptops
Hi Phil
Thank you for leaving a review, I'm sorry that you felt we've ignored you - quite the opposite, I've searched all our mailboxes and we can't see any note of any email from the 20th or 27th! We're a relatively small team here, so we would know, often by name, if a query had been picked up by a member of staff.
We do have LiveChat (8am - 8pm daily) and our phone line (10am - 4pm weekdays) which the team are on. I appreciate you were initially asked to email, it does help us get all the information in one place. But, if something is taking a little longer than you'd hoped, you're always welcome to Chat or Call.
We don't have an aftersales or presales team - it's the same people who are here to help at any point during your custom with us. I'm sorry again you've felt you've had no response from us.
We do complete a full fresh OS install on every order, but we wouldn't download the latest drivers and install them by default - we have an (optional) computer setup service which is offered at checkout. I can see that's something you didn't go ahead with.
I'd hate to see a customer disappointed, you are more than welcome to return your laptop for a full refund, no questions asked. Please do give me a call, on 0330 223 6333, and I'll organise that for you.
With best wishes,
Adam
