All members of staff that I had dealings with were very helpful.
I chatted on line probably 5 times and each chat all questions were answered putting my mind at ease.
After placing my order I was still a little unsure about the condition of the laptop.
The laptop arrived within 3 days with free delivery and was in perfect condition.
In my experience I would recommend this company.
Thank you very much and all the best for the future.

Adam at the service desk was a great help, I ordered minutes before the cut off time regarding next day delivery and they got it sorted!
Updates were run, system was clean, everything worked.
If there was a thing to mention, the laptop was still switched on when I received it, but that could have been my fault because I ordered it so late.

Very helpful in the ‘chat’ function in helping to decide what needed laptop to do & I was able to screen shot the set up instructions (only slight hiccup was that pre set up meant didn’t look like the t when turned on). Quick call & have more of an idea as to what to do)
